BEWARE - they do NOT check with your insurance to see if items are covered. We ended up with a whopping bill.

We paid the bill IN FULL (over $600) to their collector, but upon return to office we were charged another $230+ because they said they had to pay the collection agency for sending us a bill!?!! Then they wanted to charge another $130+ to have my husbands crown LOOKED at because it's been bothering him - the crown THEY put on. I would never recommend anyone to go there unless you like throwing your money around! We opt to cut our losses and go somewhere else hoping another dentist can fix his crown.

They were very willing to go over my insurance with me and helped me figure out how much my insurance would cover and even offered payment plan options due to the extensive work I needed. The other office I used to go to didn't talk to me at all about my insurance and I ended up with some pretty hefty charges. I'm very happy with the work Dr. Schau has done. If you don't like the way a tooth looks she is very willing to go over many options and will not give up until you are satisfied with your smile. Definitely won't be leaving this office!
