Jennie was such a pleasure to work with. It was scary buying our first home, but Jennie made it much less daunting.

We started by attending one of her workshops as she walked through what to expect in the home buying process. She had recommendations on what apps to use, sites to look at, and people to work with from lenders to movers.

She was extremely communicative and patient throughout the whole process (we probably looked at at least 50-100 houses ) and she helped us understand what the comps were & what to bid to be competitive.

Ultimately we were able to find a home that Jennie found for us and we got it because she helped us make an offer the same day before any others saw the house.

Once we closed escrow, that's when the real work began and Jennie stepped up even more to help us through an 18 day close amidst covid.

Jennie helped me purchase my first home, in one of the most competitive markets on the planet.

She took the time to understand what I was looking for - day after day and week after week scoured the area, sending relevant deals my way. After some time, Jennie found an off-market home through her network of realtors and it ended up being the one. At no point did I feel pressured and Jennie was always candid with her thoughts / the pros and cons from her experience, which was very helpful.

I hopped on Jennie and Calvin's webinar on 'how to build passive income'. I just started working at a real estate startup and wanted to get my feet wet into my user's mindsets, and this was a great little peak into everything involved in flipping your first home, building a versatile portfolio and best practices. I was super impressed that Jenny herself actually reached out to me the day prior to ask what I was looking to learn so that she could develop better content for the meeting. Thoughtful and personal! They clearly know what they're doing.

Jennie is a star.

She has it all: (1) customer empathy, (2) extremely knowledgeable about assessing the state of a home (not just walking through and admiring the quality of the staging which is yes, what we experienced with another agent), and (3) the network and the skills to get the deal done (shoutout to Asad Taheri at USBank).

We went from a Friday text (after our failed East Bay realtor experience), to a Sunday viewing, to a Tuesday offer acceptance, all thanks to Jennie!!

She literally saved the day and the deal, as we were very interested in this particular Oakland home but decided to pull out because the East Bay agent we found via 5-star Yelp reviews was trying to get us to overbid by $100k (note: we ended up getting the place for $10k less than the lowest number of his suggested range!) and in no way felt like he was on our side representing our best interests. I literally had to ask him to ask the listing agent for # of disclosures and showings and initiate conversations about offer strategy. His strategy basically boiled down to "offer the highest amount of money."

Within 5 min of reaching out to Jennie on Friday (after having previously engaged with her on a San Bruno home), she had all of the above info and more! She gave us strong reassurance that we were still contenders and that with our willingness to waive contingencies, offer a very quick close, and the incredibly important love letter to the owners, that we'd have a good chance. (There were additional recommendations she made that made our offer even more attractive but it's too much detail to go into here.) She never pressured us to bid more than we were comfortable with (we even went in lower than her suggested number) but her estimates for final purchase price were spot on.

She personally picked me up / dropped me off for my second time viewing the home on Sunday, and I'll never forget Jennie crossing the street in heels to get a better view of our home's roofline! (The home is on a descending incline which makes the roof visible.) She was extremely thorough and pointed out numerous things I wouldn't have noticed while also making recommendations on companies/products/people to call if/when the time came for repair. She also helped educate me on what to pay attention to and what was less of a concern.

My husband and I have been through the home buying process before so we read and understand all disclosures and have most of the basics down. But Jennie offered so much more than I could've imagined and I truly believe she is a unicorn in this often disingenuous field.

She is sharp, efficient, comes prepared / does not waste your time while being the sweetest person in the world, and is truly an advocate for you and your family's needs. I genuinely believe if she didn't think you were a good fit or that she wasn't able to help you, that she would tell you upfront rather than stringing you along for an easy sale the way some other agents did to us.

Based on past experience, I assumed that top agents in the city were all brusque, DocuSign trigger-happy, and clearly just about getting the deal done (i.e. solely focused on their own wealth rather than clients' needs), but Jennie has proven me wrong in spades.

She has my highest recommendation and we are so excited to be listing our home with her as well! (Thanks again for the mochi donuts !!!)

Homebuying in the bay area can be a very arduous and painful experience in both the search and offer process, but having Jennie as our agent made the entire thing so much easier and, dare I say, enjoyable.

We met Jennie at an open house, after which she reached out to us to understand what type of home we were looking for and to give us expectations regarding home buying in the area. She would regularly send us available houses, and of the ones we showed even the slightest interest in, she would offer to go with us to the open house. She'd always come ready with the background on the house and the area, giving us her honest opinion regarding the properties and never pressuring us into making a decision until we were absolutely ready.

Once we did find a house we liked, Jennie was always in contact with us with all the materials that we needed to make a strong offer and to answer whatever questions we had regarding the house. Her knowledge of the comparable sales in the area we were buying helped us make an offer we were comfortable with, but, more importantly, helped us win the first house we offered!

Jennie made the entire process super easy for us, and she was always available to answer all the questions we had along the way. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent! (And she's just an awesome person all around!)

She looks to help her clients build wealth through their real estate and does this by walking you through the entire process of buying properties from getting a loan to closing on the property and how to find value in each of these stages. I was very lucky to work with Jennie and Ashley when buying my first property in the Bay Area. Jennie helped my husband and me buy our first home, and we were blown away by how above-and-beyond she went throughout the whole process. As first-time home buyers we were very nervous being in a seller's market, but Jennie was always patient and thorough in answering our questions.

We first started talking to Jennie in late 2017, thinking we were ready to buy, but had second thoughts after finding out more about how competitive the Bay Area market was. My favorite part about working with Jennie during this time was that she provided great insight into what she thought the home would sell for, communicated often with us and with the listing agent so that we could gauge demand, but was never pushy and respected our bidding decisions. I really admire her stamina through every bid we made because it was so exhausting juggling things as a potential buyer, and I'm sure she was dealing with a ton of other clients simultaneously. She was always there for us when we needed advice or reassurance.

When our bid got accepted, Jennie and her team gave us very prompt and concise instructions on how closing and escrow would happen. We closed very smoothly, in 17 days! On key-delivery day, Jennie met us at the property to personally hand us keys, and my husband and I appreciated that she was there to celebrate with us. From day 1, Jennie and her team were always present and ready to help, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I really commend Jennie for having the patience to work with us because we kept changing our requirements and Jennie without any hesitation said Okay and worked with us. I have worked with many agents before and Jennie stands out from the rest.  She was very diligent and never dropped the ball (opportunity) in my real estate search.  This was important, since I am very research oriented (think engineer).  But I think the quality that really makes her remarkable is her personal touch, I truly believe that she had my best interest in mind and I am not just one of her clients.

Attended her seminar about real estate investing, there are many things you can learn from her. She is very knowledgeable and approachable. Especially if you are looking for investment properties, you want to go with someone who is actively doing it herself/himself too.
