This is a local dive. It is a family owned brunch/lunch restaurant. They have sandwiches and a nice weekend brunch that is very popular.
They also cater and generally do a nice job with catering. They package catering in "clam shell" containers.
The food is made fresh and the staff are friendly and helpful when ordering/answering questions.
The atmosphere is clean and cozy. It is easy in/easy out and the parking is directly in front of the restaurant.
This review is based on a catering order for a holiday, business lunch.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Amber N.Fort Smith, AR01919Nov 17, 2023
I think the service here is fantastic but the food is so absolutely bland. I was so disappointed!
It's the most basic salad and sand-which and wraps served with a small side of chips and bought dressing. I did enjoy the banana cream desert with honey and pecans. Oh and that picture is supposed to be tomato and basil soup.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kristen S.MO, MO1132May 22, 2023
The chicken salad is dismal at best. Tasted like miracle whip-no chicken taste-bleh. Some fruit and or nuts would have helped but I'm 99%sure it's not homemade. Croissant was cold, dry and tough. Paid over 11 bucks, and of course had to tip on the front end. I do NOT recommend.

Went in for brunch but the food had too many flies. I have already contacted the Arkansas department of health food protection. They should be ashamed for letting people eat their food

A solid lunch choice down Roger's street and about a 10 minute drive from the downtown area. We came here midweek for a change. They serve a large selection of hot/cold sandwiches and salads. We ordered at the counter and then founda table in the ample seating area. I had the Fall Salad which had greens, mandarin oranges, large slices of roasted chicken and pecans with a balsamic dressing on the side. I ordered the large thinking the small would was meant as a side. The large ended up filling a large serving bowl and could have easily been shared by the table. The chicken was a bit dry and cold but very plentiful.
My coworker enjoyed her Cuban which was on a nice bread with lots of meat and melted cheese. I think the sandwiches or small salads are definitely a great lunch option. Quick service, inexpensive and enough variety for everyone. The salads were just a bit plain.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emme R.OK, OK010Oct 28, 2022

I've been here way too many times since I first went. It's a great place with great sandwiches and soups. Had the white chicken chili last time I went and it was pretty fantastic.
My first review was 4 stars because I enjoyed it but was brand new to the area and didn't know how I wanted to rate it.
After eating there at least 7-8 times in a month it probably deserves those five stars because it keeps me coming back.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 31, 2017Previous reviewNew deli place that's quite good. Eaten there twice now. Good sandwiches and soups. The salads sound good too but haven't gone there with healthy on the brain yet.
Had the pastrami on rye and it's quite good and I had good reports on the Cuban as well.
In terms of sides they had several choices but we went with chips and soup mainly although I might have gone with the soup of the day once I realized it was no extra cost over chips.
Overall a really nice sammich place. I'm sure we'll be back again and again as it's pretty convenient from the ArcBest office. - Bo H.Fort Smith, AR01391Sep 2, 2021Updated review
Jeffs is a excellent lunch spot! He is very friendly and always engaging. We love the southwest wraps!

I don't feel he did anything wrong just not my cup of tea! Gotta love a business that will do what it takes to make customers happy! Love Jeff's! The wraps are amazing!

Fuck this place. Their food sucks, their hours of operation suck and they only offer avocado toast on Saturdays.

I came for lunch and it did not disappoint, I had the turkey bacon and ranch sandwich with the broccoli cheddar soup.
The Sandwich was excellent plenty of food but the toasted wheat bread mixed with great turkey was excellent.
The broccoli and cheddar soup was great side considering the weather.
I will def come back!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
