Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics - Spencer

I'm not one to ever leave a review or complain but this location is very unorganized and their staff doesn't know what they're doing and are horrible at notifying people of things. They never answer their phones. I paid thousands of dollars for Invisalign just for it to not be fully completed. Ive been waiting for my retainers since April and they never sent in my scans because they failed to call me and let me know my orthodontist wasn't there anymore. I spoke to the manager a month ago and she never got back to me. I've emailed the regional manager three times and still has yet to get back to me. This office is just horrible.

Have received several collection bills regarding unpaid invoices, but when I call I am being told there's a glitch in the system and all texts, calls and notices. Extremely fishy!! Do no go here or you will be in the same boat!

Would give zero stars if I could!!! Do not go here! The front desk staff is extremely rude. They tried telling the actual doctor to not treat me or look at my tooth bc I didn't want a whole exam. I just wanted them to look at the one tooth that was bothering me. There's a front desk lady with curly hair and blonde in it and she is the absolute worst! She came in my treatment room and started being utterly rude because I didn't want a full exam and cleaning. I would never come here again. They also take forever to do anything. The dentist herself is nice but not worth everything and everyone else! Wish I would have read reviews beforehand!!!

AWFUL SERVICE!! They had me waiting 2 1/2 hours for a dental cleaning that they did in 10 minutes. They super overcharge me!!! My appointment was at 11 in the morning and I got out of there at 1:40pm!
They have ONE DENTIST for the HOLE CLINIC
They would just tell me they where to busy to take care of me! So rude.

Awful awful awful! !!!!!! Front staff is rude, (except one, who went to lunch) do not keep patients is right order of appointment and when it is brought to their attention they could care less. They actually said well we can get other patient (my daughter) out of room so you can go. Really? Would give them no star but it will not let me!

This place is horrible. Wait time is ridiculous and front desk people are just plain rude. Would NOT suggest anyone coming here unless you're ok with overpaying and waiting hours for a simple cleaning.

Visits... At least an hour and a half to two hours. They seem to be understaffed , got my wisdom teeth out and they were unorganized. I was supposed to be put under which was the whole reason I waited an additional 3 weeks for a farther location and just before they were about to begin and I asked when I was going to sleep and they looked at me crazy!! I paid 500 dollars for conscious anesthesia which literally did nothing to me!!!! They used the local anesthesia in my mouth which is what I felt. Totally wouldn't recommend here. Oh and they gave me painkillers that I have at my house already.... they said my surgery wasn't a "serious" one so they couldn't give me stronger pills.. I'm dying in pain

Great overall experience! Didn't wait long at all and they had great overall service. I will definitely come back here for all my dental needs.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I definitely would! By far the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Went in with someone who was in excruciating pain around 2 pm. While in the waiting room I believe a receptionist walks in goes to the back open her window and asks if a previous dentist provided meds the answer was no. She then asks "well why did you wait so long we close in 20 minutes?!" Mind you the door says they close at 4pm though we were told by another staff member that they would be closing at 3pm which we were ok with. I'm not a mathematician but 20 min after 2 pm is 220 pm! My main issue is if I'm a paying customer does it matter what time I come To the establishment? She then proceeds to send us to another office which was booked because I'm guessing she wanted to go home so badly she was sending all the patients away. Terrible customer service!!
