It's nice to have a JCP in the area and having this one at the plaza gives the locals another place to shop besides Walmart!

Being in the plaza means that there is always ample parking. the store is generally organized and very clean. The staff is hit and miss - sometimes they are too eager to help and other times you can't find one to help!

This location is all about clothes really - though there are some odds and ends - like jewelry and a bit more at Christmas time - it's generally a clothing location only, which is why it will not get a 5 star from me. As many places in the plaza are vacant - it'd be nice if JCP would expand and offer more of what they have! I do realize space is money though. However, they could lighten up on the costly ads they have now - I really liked them much better in the past!

Pricing is reasonable to moderate and sales - I just don't get how they do things anymore. However, the fill a much needed gap in our area and offer up some better quality clothing.
