I was very disappointed at the flower arrangement. I paid with delivery $96
I thought it would be much bigger. I could have gotten something a lot better at Harris Teeter. I will never go here again it was a rip off

Incredibly disappointing product and customer service; I opted for this florist because of their available delivery days and large selection.
The arrangement I ordered looked like a cheap bunch of flowers that you pick up at a gas station - so unacceptable for the price point. The recipient called this morning to loop them in on the lack of quality, and ended hanging up on her (wtf kind of customer service is that?!)

Do not order from this florist! I Ordered flowers for my wife. This was our first valentine's as husband and wife. I was assured they would be delivered before 1pm and told them I could pick them up if not. When they were not delivered I called several times with no answer and no return call. They showed up at 8:30pm!
I called this morning to speak with the owner. She is rude and does not know one thing about customer service. Instead of taking ownership of the issue she placed blame on her drivers. Paying over $100 for roses to be delivered late in the evening is not acceptable. A simple small refund and an apology would have been the right thing to do. Instead all I got was all sales are final go somewhere else next time.

We were very disappointed in their creativity of a flower arrangement and value for the money. We believe they took advantage of the recipient, as they would not have known the monies spent on the gift. Carla was totally unprofessional when advised of same.

I chose this florist due to its ease of ordering online. It really impressed me that I was able to find the right "look" in a bouquet and personalize it. For example, I found this bouquet of living flowers on their website and was able to select the reason (sympathy/funeral), so the florist used his/her best judgment by selecting more subtle colors and substituted some yellow for pink. The flowers turned out terrific! And I appreciated the phone call to confirm they were delivered at the correct location. Very timely delivery (order placed at 11:36 pm on 7/29/21 and flowers delivered by 3 p.m. on 7/30/21). The price was competitive and the outcome was much better than I could have done by picking out flowers at the grocery store and making my own arrangement.

If you review all of the one star reviews on Yelp, you will understand the type of product and service that you will receive from Jane's Creative Designs. This past weekend we had my father's funeral service and used Jane's Flowers for the arrangements. My brother's family and I ordered two arrangements ($250/each) and there were specific requests for the type of flowers to be used. The arrangements arrived at the church and were not as agreed and were not at the quality level that you would expect for $250. My wife called the store today and spoke with the owner, Carla, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Carla actually raised her voice at my wife and basically hung up on her. We were not asking for a refund or any kind of reimbursement, but only to give her feedback so that she was aware of the issue. You would think that as a business owner you would want to understand how your customers feel about your service. Clearly, Carla does not care about the quality of the product or service that she provides. If you are in need of florist service in Rock Hill, I highly suggest that you use another provider.

Jane's Creative Flowers did an amazing job of designing and arranging flowers for my girlfriend who just came out of surgery from the local hospital. We discussed by telephone what it was that I wanted for her and the florist put together a beautiful floral arrangement in a very nice vase.
Time was running out because it was already late Friday afternoon, but the florist made certain that my girlfriend would receive her flowers before the end of the day.
Everything turned out perfectly well and my girlfriend was amazed at how beautiful and timely her flowers were when they arrived. It meant the world to her.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I chose Jane's because the website said they could deliver same day to Charlotte. The website even had a counter saying how many hours left to order and receive same day delivery. I placed the order at 7:00am online, & received a confirmation. I decided to call at 12:00pm to double check that the order would arrive as promised. The lady that answered the phone told me that she sent the order on to another shop as they do not deliver to Charlotte. She also stated that it should get there today, but it may be tomorrow and it was out of her control. I proceeded to explain that it was very important that the order arrive today and I would have never ordered from her had her website not promised same day delivery. I told her that I have a local florist but did not use them because they could not give me the guarantee of same day delivery. She then started arguing with me telling me that she does not promise same day delivery and that I should have just used my regular florist....she then told me she was canceling my order and hung up on me. From the moment she answered the phone, (before I told her the reason I was calling) I felt as if my order and request were a bother to her. I order lots of flowers throughout the year for work & personal and I've used several local florist and NEVER have I been treated this way. I would like to add that I never write online reviews even for outstanding service, but this service was so horrible I had to!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on around 10am on 13 Feb (yes I know I was late). I placed the order for the middle size arrangement. The web page stated free delivery in Rock Hill. I thought nothing of this, as I am not from the area. I finished up my order and paid with my debt card, all is good.
I get home and around 5:30 I get a call from Jane's Creative Designs about a fee for delivery. Jane requested I pay a $15.00 fee for delivery as the address was not in RH. I explained her website didn't apply the fee as it should have. She offered to cancel my order or me to pay the $15.00. By the end of the call she agreed to waive the fee this one time. I felt it was only appropriate that I agree to pay $7.50. I gave Jane my debt card info.
A week later I went to my girlfriends and saw the arrangement. It was the smallest one they had. I called my bank to dispute the charge and found out that Jane's Creative Design charge $10.00 to my account. Fortunately for me, I have a secondary account that I use for this very reason. There was not enough money in that account and the charge never went through. This is called fraud, I never authorized a $10.00 charge to my card. I have disputed this with my bank.
When in the phone talking to the staff they are very rude and laugh when I was explaining my point of view. I explained I was disputing this with my bank. I was even told, "we don't need your money and we'll be just fine. We have been in business for 35 yrs.
