The museum focused on more than James Madison.
Some interesting information, such as Zachary Taylor was James Madison's second cousin and was president for one year, one month and a few days.
It is totally self funded, but to be honest if you are interested in James Madison just go to Mountpelier and see his Home.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alberto B.Alexandria, VA01148Apr 30, 2023
My wife and I visited here on April 28, 2023. It's a nice little museum and well worth a visit. The staff person Bethany was wonderful.

We stopped in after visiting Montpelier on a family vacation. This museum was fun and informative, with many original letters and artifacts. We will definitely be back on our next trip!
