Average price per smoothie at Jamba is now about $11. The prices on the menu for the peach perfection said it was $10.89.. They said they haven't updated the prices on the board.

Service was good. Was helped right away and smoothies were made quickly. It didn't taste like it did before. A little watered down.

Overall I'll only come back to use up a gift card I have, but smoothies are way over priced. I was able to get a full plate of Panda Express for $10.50!

First time at this Jamba Juice , the guys were awesome helping me out in my phone app.

This location seems to be having some serious staffing issues. Went there today to get yummy smoothies, found the store in a state of chaos. There were 2 groups waiting on their drinks, and 1 person in line ahead of us. No one was at the register taking orders, the people making drinks seemed to be not able to keep up.
The person in front of us left about 5-8 mins after we arrived, no one took his order or even acknowledged any of us were in the store. Not sure how long he was there before getting frustrated and leaving. Then one of groups was giving drinks, which ended up being someone else drinks. They gave them back and said, they should not serve them to anyone. But the workers ignored that statement and the drinks aside for the correct customer (gross!). We waited about 10 more minutes without anyone at the register or any acknowledgment. We look around and another customer said "it might be best to just leave" and so we left without ever placing an order or being acknowledged.
This store really needs some help.

Love this place, especially for their açai bowls, I love all the new offerings they have. I miss the fact that they don't have fresh wheat grass anymore. Hopefully they'll bring it back and not have the pre-bottled stuff. Also, their oatmeal is a great morning pick me up and I love the hot sandwich options they offer as well.

Service is quick and the staff is nice. Their food and drink is what you pay for. Not enough chairs, though.

Stopped in to grab a quick snack while doing Honey-Do's today.

These days, great service just isn't expected.

That is what made my stop so remarkable. The team working this morning went way over and above servicing customers this morning. Nothing specific, but while watching them, I noticed they just did everything a little bit better.

Great job and this is the reason this location is my go to for Jamba when I'm out and about.

I came in one morning early this past week. Parking is easy since they are in a shopping center so there is always parking

Thomas greeted me and after ordering he got working on my order. I ordered 3 carrot/orange juices and I wanted to try the new vegan breakfast sandwich (minus the cheese) the Impossible Handwich.

Thomas was professional, friendly, has a great smile and a wonderful attitude.

The juices were fresh and delicious and are great first thing in the morning. The new vegan handwich is delicious, I asked to have the cheese removed before heating as the cheese is dairy cheese. Please make this with a plant based cheese.

The handwich was a little small but had great flavor

I came to this location for my go-to drink: the Greens N' Ginger after having a very disappointing rendition at another Jamba Juice retail location. This place made my drink exactly how I wanted it, and of course, you can't go wrong with a toasted cheddar tomato twist on the side! Service was expedient and everything inside the store was clean and organized, although the inside is a bit small so it can feel a little cramped when there are several customers there at one time.

I noticed that two out of the 5 workers here during my last visit weren't wearing masks. While I get that masks are now optional for vaccinated people, for me personally I need a little more time to get used to being around unmasked people that I don't know, especially since I have a baby at home who isn't able to get vaccinated. Since these are also people that are directly breathing onto my food, I would feel a little more comfortable if the company policy was for employees to still keep their masks on for the time being, but I get this is probably more of an emotional than rational fear.

Jamba juice is always best refresher, im always getting boba so fresh juice is best alternative.

Our order was ready for awhile and its just sitting there we were waiting for them to call us but they didnt. We are waiting outside its cause of pandemic and want to keep our distance to other customers. Most of us are seating outside while we wait. They call some customers ahead of us but not us.
The servers weren't friendly! Didnt even say hi or anything but We still enjoy our drink since its pretty hot outside san bruno!
