      David and his team in the service department - in my couple of experiences - have been outstanding.

      I've had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership: high prices, no negotiation, and arrogant salespeople make this dealership and its entire Niello brand a skip. First for a Porsche Taycan that they listed for thousands over competitors and then an F-Type.

      If you want a car from them, just wait it out. I track their prices and they decrease them on a biweekly basis until the car sells. Why they do this and waste time allowing cars to collect dust on their lots instead of just taking a market value offer to clear inventory is the most puzzling business decision to me.

      Additionally, they spam the crap out of you via repeated emails, phone calls, and automated messages if you inquire about a car. Be very careful not to give them any of your personal information, they are extremely predatory and dishonest about using your data for its exact purpose.

      I had been looking at Jaguars on-line and found the exact model, color, etc. at Sacramento Jaguar. Since Sacramento is about 10 hours south of me, I thought it would be challenging to get my current (leased) car sold/returned/traded in and get me down there to pick up the new car. Abe helped me organize the whole thing - it was great working with him. It ended up that Sac Jaguar made a generous offer on my trade-in without even seeing it in person. They arranged the financing at a great rate. They arranged for one of their staff to drive the Jag up to Oregon and meet me about half way. We met and traded cars there, I signed a bunch of papers and was able to enjoy my new Jag all the way home.

      I am ridiculously happy with this car. Thanks to everyone there for making this so easy.

      NEVER buy a used car from them!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently located a vehicle I was interested in and was informed they follow CARMAX list exclusively therefore do not negotiate their price and they do NOT!! CarMax listed the car for $1491 lower!! When I pointed this our to their General Manager, he informed me yes they do and have been doing so for 12 years!! NO THEY DO NOT!! Their cost is1K to 2K over CarMax price. Check their prices, rude and you will pay more!!!

      I called to try and reschedule due to something that came up. The lady on the phone didn't let me finish my enter sentence before cutting me off to tell me no I can't reschedule because "my advisor" closed his schedule. She didn't verify none of my information, she assumed I called already when I didn't I was in the facility the morning of. She didn't care to compromise, just huffed and puffed on the phone as if I was an inconvenience. I asked her if I could book with another advisor, her words "no we don't allow people to hop around". I had to completely cancel and go to a further location because of her poor attitude and lack of wanting to help.

      I've read the 1 Star reviews and they kinda line up with what I was saying so believe it. I was asked by the General Manager (Eddie Thomas) to give him a call to work out the situation. Isn't it ironic that it's impossible to reach them until they see a 1 Star review, I called the GM to see how he was going to accommodate me for the horrible service after being charged a lot of money and the problem still exist. Well, I left him a message, he never called me back. I gave him the benefit of doubt, maybe he's busy or something. A few days later I called again and left another message, no return call. I tried... Now they can deal with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. Note to Consumers, report them if you don't get what you paid for. They're prices are way to high to give under standard service. I'm done with them!

      Needed to find a new dealership in the area for my car. I am evenly between this one and the one in Livermore. I originally tried to go to Livermore but ran into a lot of issues with their service department with overall bad customer service. So when I called here my expectations could not have been lower. The friendly staff here completely knocked it out of the park. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, they were knowledgeable and able to answer my questions regarding my new car. When I showed up for the appointment, they continued to go above and beyond to provide great service. They were everything I expected a luxury car dealership to be and much more.

      Called the service department three times over the course of two weeks. Also engaged in an online chat for nearly 20 minutes off of their website and was told that a service person would call me. I inquired if they would call same day, next day, or same week. Their response "when a service agent is available". It's been two weeks since that interaction and I have still not received a call. During that time my Jaguar I-Pace sat dead in my driveway. Completely unresponsive service department. I had to have my car towed to Walnut Creek for service. Very disappointed in Sacramento Jag. Not even a return call after three voice messages and one online chat exchange.., really? Customer service is terrible.
