Pretty basic and worn down. I went for an overnight training. The room wasn't the cleanest and the gym equipment was not functioning. I wouldn't go back by choice.

We stayed two nights in jacuzzi suite and had to pay full price. I think for the type of room it was about right. However, I was bummed the jacuzzi is not large enough to fit two adults comfortably. It was hard accessing the knobs and the drain plug. Just weird. There was no guide button on the TV remote which was annoying. No liquid hand soap in dispenser and only shower gel until my bf scored some soap bars from the housekeeper working the floor (tried calling front desk and housekeeping but no answer). Also no cream and sugar for coffee. They have a kuerig machine which I liked. I get it. I'm sure the casino took a big hit. I know good employees are hard to come by. The front desk clerks were very nice. There is no discount available on rooms. Could be the timing. Very nice workout equipment. It looks like eventually there will be work done on hotel in future. I would not pay for the suite again unless you had a family then ok probably but not for a couple's weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable and room nice and clean. I do always rinse the jacuzzi tub and ours had the soap scum in it still. Also, we had no DND placard. Finally, I wish there was some type of hotel flyer at least that provided information about restaurant hours/food, amenities, etc.

You cannot win here. The slots are so tight now, that when you get a bonus, you get 75 cents. Wow. Not very impressed.

If I could give negative stars I would give as many as possible. I used to live down there and have stayed many times, however I haven't been there in several years, my son stays from time time still when he's down to visit family so I asked him if he had experienced the same things we had and he said he had. First of all, we called in Feb to reserve a Rm for the night the 1st week of April, I called the morning of our reservation to see if a room with 2 beds was available only to find out they had booked us for the 1st week of March instead, rather than assure me that they still had ANY Rm available at this point, due to the State Archery Tournament (we were told during original reservation that they only had a couple rooms left) the woman decided to blame me for the mistake, once I got upset, she then proceeded to tell me to calm down and that they would get us a Rm, should have stated with that, I then proceeded to tell her about herself and lack of professionalism, she changed her tone and we continued on without any more issue, fast forward to check in, I walk up, no interaction except, can I get your credt card and ID so I can verify, shoves form in front of me tells me to initial and sign, hands me the keys and not another word. We get to the room, walk in light won't turn on and it smells like it had not been aired out in years, only to find a Rez Dog in the Lobby. Same response at front desk during check out, we walk up say we are checking out and Rm #, the woman pushes a couple buttons, we hold out our card for payment and she advises us that she just charged it to the card on file (which they said would NOT be charged, this would be the 2nd time it was charged when it wasn't supposed to be, it was only meant to HOLD the room and I specifically told them at CHECKIN the same thing, she then says its to late to change it, so we leave. The next day I call and talk to TAMMY, the Hotel Manager and she made the 1st woman seem professional and polite. I proceeded to tell her that we were extremely unhappy with the entire chain of events, she to proceeded to blame us, when I disagreed with her she literally SCREAMED at me at the top of her lungs, I am positive the entire hotel had to hear her. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully. I spoke to the Hotel Manager after that, explained what happened, advised we wanted nothing from them but to be charged CORRECTLY for ONE night only but that none of us will EVER be back, I will also be letting as many people know as I can to never stay here. It is dirty, too expensive for being so run down and the staff is much to rude to waste your money. Find a classier Hotel that will appreciate your business and treat you the way you deserve and are paying to be treated. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER JACKPOT

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Was insulted and not allowed to walk on floor because I was carrying a louis backpack that was half the size of these girls purses. Discriminated against and will never return here again

Our hotel room was clean and recently updated. The gals @ check in where friendly and accommodating. This place has a huge hot tub and relatively large pool with a depth between 3-5 feet. Don't forget about adult swim 10pm-midnight!!

Onto the casino. The casino's air quality was on point and overall was relatively clean. I liked that the air vents were on the floor. The payout here is yet to be desired. Be sure to bring lots of $$$$. You will need it!

The seasons buffet is temporarily closed as they're doing a remodel of it.

Might be back. There are other casinos in the vicinity to visit.

Stayed two nights this past Friday and Saturday. We had a non-smoking room, but the whole floor smells like smoke anyways. When I turned on the water in the bathroom sink it smelled like sewer - not drinking that! There were unsupervised kids running up and down the hallway. No mini fridge, so we filled the sink with ice to chill stuff. The tub/shower surround was really cheap and it had some give to it and it would sound like you were going to fall through the floor if you moved your feet while showering. The casino area is super smoky, not alot of fun if you are allergic. They claim to have the loosest slots, but probably can only claim that because they have the only slots in the area. They had live music, but to go in there you had to be a member of their player's club. They have a cafeteria style eating place called upper deck and we got some fried chicken there that was surprisingly good and at a very reasonable price. I can't vouch for the rest of their food as that is all we had. I am giving them a break on the rating because it is after all the Morton area, not much around there!

we had a king smoking room. The room was very clean and a nice size. The bed was crazy comfortable! The pool and hot tub were great although the hot tub was not hot, just warm. My only real complaint was how noisy people were in the hallway. Kids running and screaming back and forth. They should make the doors soundproof. Was a pleasant stay Friday night 2/1/19

We ate at their buffet last night ( Saturday St Patrick's Day) before the concert about 5 pm. The place was not busy. The food was overdone. To pay almost $17 was very disappointing considering the food was not good.

We had front row seats to the concert in section B, but we had to crane our necks to look up at the big screen TV.

The entertainers were good but couldn't see them very well from our seats and they didn't move around the stage.

The casino was very smoky from the hotel lobby on except the concert area.

The casino itself was nice and clean. Good variety of machines, but not real good pay outs. I joined the players club and won a free night, but was from out of town and leaving the next morning, so I ended up with $10 free slot play. Our friends/family that had the lunch buffet told us to avoid it, so we went to the restaurant for a late lunch. We were the only ones in there around 3pm. The dining room was freezing, but the casino temp was fine. It was a fun day to spend with family and I only managed to lose $20 plus my $10 free slot play.
