Jack Morris Auto Glass

I was sent to Jack Morris Auto Glass by Wolfchase Toyota due to a cracked windshield on the new car that I purchased. I located the business very easily and was greeted very warmly by both Mea and Rebecca. The business was clean and my car was pulled around swiftly! Hugh was the service tech working on my vehicle. He was very prompt, I had my vehicle finished in less than one hour. The windshield is very clear and seems to be installed properly.

Cons: The waiting room was kind of warm and when I received my vehicle back there were particles on the dash from where the glass was put in. As well as paticles from outside on the carpet.
However, this is is easily fixed wih a vacuum, just a suggestion. Thank you for awesome service!!

Was referred by my insurance company to replace the windshield of my wife's new BMW M4. The person was very rude and disrespectful on the phone with my wife. I called to get clarification of what my wife's concerns were and the person was rude and disrespectful to me as well cutting me off as I was talking. I will not do business with this company, especially the Raleigh-LaGrange location.

I called jack morris due to insurance suggestion. I spoke w call center. They used my vin number to order correct glass etc. they scheduled me for 11/17/23 and said the shop would call me w specific time. I did not receive a call. So I called them. I knew it would have to be brought in because the call center said they would have to calibrate it w camera or defrost something special with the glass.. so I took off half of my work day. I was told to expect 4hr wait time. The office on Raleigh Lagrange rd told me to be there at 8am. I arrived and checked in. I waited 2 hrs before they took my car back. To be told they do not have the glass. They told me the call center ordered everything correctly. But the glass was at another location. They could not schedule me there for another 2 weeks. And I could use the other location next week. I CANNOT MISS WORK! I've already taken a half of a day today for nothing. So I will never use Jack Morris again, and I will tell everyone else not to use Jack Morris. There is no reason if I scheduled the appointment in advance for them not to have my windshield at that location, especially when I also called on Wednesday to confirm it and waited 2 hrs before they told me this. I live/work over an hour away. What a good demonstration of how no one values anyone's time or business. Poor customer service in not making this right.

This place went above and beyond the call of duty in my time of crisis. While traveling across country out glass got smashed while eating lunch. We had some headaches waiting for the Memphis cops to show up and Jack Morris was getting close to closing time. But they carried the window we needed to this location that was closer to where we were, and then stayed open late for us just to fix our poor smashed window so we could get back on the road. Someone was even waiting outside for us when we showed up! And then after they had already stayed late, they were endlessly patient while we were trying to process payment from UHAUL. I cannot say enough good things about how everyone here went above and beyond to help us out on a terrible day. And beyond that, they were all incredibly kind to us. And the work was great!

Got a cracked windshield on my new Mazda when a truck threw a rock on I-40. I called USAA. They recommended Jack Morris and I'm very glad they did! Very fast service. Friendly staff. Most important to me was the high quality work they did. They replaced my windshield and calibrated the foreward cameras perfectly. I would definitely recommend them.

Referred to by my insurance company. Receptionist was super nice and technician (Brian) was great. I called Saturday and got an appointment to come to my house on Tuesday. He came on time and was great with the timing. I would highly recommend
