Service at this Jack n the box's is horrible The manager is horrible with no people skill. Can people just do there job, Jack n the Box hired you for that, So stop asking ,you are not the owner of the company. If I want fries dont tell me hash brown and fries are the same.Mr. rude Hindu if thats your name if I'm paying serve and take my order as giving. You do not own this company. Horrible Manage

Went to this Jack in the Box after a mandatory work meeting to get something cheap to eat.

I always get either tacos, Bacon and Swiss Buttery Jack or Ultamate Cheeseburger. This visit I got Tacos with no sauce, and they were just ok. There wasn't enough meat in the Tacos.

I also got the new Snoop Dogg box, which came with a chicken in a what looks like a small roll, fries, 2 different sauces, and grilled onions, which turned out to be my favorite of the day. The box also came with Curly Fries, a Taco, and a Brownie. That Brownie was really soft and delicious. Curly Fries was good as always.

The service was not the best but wasn't the worst. Honestly, I have very low expectations when it comes to fast food joints. Much respect to fast food workers.

I've never seen a not toasted sourdough jack before.
Not only did I ask for no ketchup and it was smothered but it was ice cold and was not toasted
Literally just two pieces of bread.
I know working late is hard, but damn this sucks.

didn't get to eat bc I could order, there where people inside but they didn't care. worst location to go to. never going again even is the closest one to me.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I try not to leave negative reviews because I know mistakes happen, but this is an exception.
I've ordered from this location on DoorDash multiple times and twice now they have delivered the wrong order, without a name on the bag. They don't care about people getting their correct orders they just send the food out, and it's very annoying, especially after a long day when you're too tired to make food. If you're going to this location, I suggest not ordering delivery so you can make sure your order is correct before you leave.

They need to have negative stars! This is absolutely the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Unfortunately it is the closest to my home. Their food is HORRIBLE - always cold, seems as if it was cooked earlier. I just picked up tacos and I told myself that maybe they would be good this time. I asked for extra lettuce. The tacos were definitely cooked much earlier. They were crispy to the point of being petrified. The slice of cheese was cold and hard and they did not add any lettuce. This was by far the most disgusting meal I have had here. They should close this Jack in the Box because it is nasty as all get-out. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX!!!!! I want my $5 back! I had to throw the whole lunch away. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Drive thru attendant tonight was rude and aggressive. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" Is not proper customer service. It's ghetto. Never said hello, didn't Ask if we needed any condiments, just shoved the food out the window and closed it. Minimum service equals minimum wage.

They took 10-15 minutes to take the order in front of me, then proceeded to take 10 more minutes before even attempting to take my order which was a door-dash pick up. I understand they may not have a bunch of people this late but it was crazy that I had to wait like that. Made the customer I had upset as well.

That's it. I've completely given up on this location. Who ever you staff at night, especially Friday and Saturday, are as competent as gerbil on crack. I took one look at what I ordered and pushed my chair back. It literally smelled like a garbage can. I'm mean holy hell, this was really bad. I couldn't even take the time to take a picture of the rotten lettuce, grease drenched, completely cold, smelly mess I was served to eat before I aggressively threw it in the trash.

I literally got in my car, started it, then rationalized how pointless it would be to actually go back there to complain. I tried to call but it just rang and rang.

If you are hungry and thinking about going to this location, please just go into your outside garbage can, pull out all but what's at the very bottom, put it a pot of cold grease, then eat it like soup. It would be a much better experience than this. Or, take 5 bucks out of your pocket and burn it.

Ok I go to this place because they are close to my house but this is actual last time I will ever go here. They didn't give me my drink and gave me a 3 piece instead of the 5 piece I PAID FOR, they gave me half of the damn combo . Every single time I come here there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER. I sincerely hope management see's this review but then again they are the ones who hires these idiots . Don't mean to be disrespectful but there has never been a good experience at this place and it's terrible that whoever runs it obviously doesn't care. This place is shit , you will waste your money.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. They gave us old burnt (but luke warm) coffee with less creamer than we asked for and about 25 pink sweetener packets (asked for 6 of each).

We ordered 2 Sourdough Breakfast ham melts. When we got home we realized the two slices of cheese were missing from our "melts" and the sourdough wasn't buttered and grilled. We each spit out our first dry gross bite and threw it all out. They also "forgot" to give a receipt.
