J & Tony's Discount Cured Meats And Negroni Warehouse

A coffee shop by day and a bar by night. The establishment gives off a natural (and fantasy) history museum vibe with many random exhibits that can be the center of some discussions. There are limited seating areas indoor, but there is a large patio space with additional seating for the sunny days.

Prosciutto sandwich - A fresh rye bread with mayo stuffed with a lot of prosciutto. Perfect breakfast sandwich for any meat lover. There is no veggies or tomatoes to take away from the prosciutto. The bread was crispy on the outside, but dense and fluffy for a rye bread.

Matcha latte - This was a tasty concoction of matcha, steamed milk and simple syrup. The right ratios to give off the matcha a rich creamy taste. Addition of sugar to augment the flavour of the matcha.

Bees knees - A seasonal espresso based drink with a ginger honey simple syrup. The ginger was not overpowering, but was present in the background. Another great concoction that I would get again or try to recreate.

I would definitely come by during the day and night, the venue transforms from a chill coffee house to a vibrant bar. It is a unique experience for both locals and visitors.

This trendy spot in San Diego is pretty cool.
They have cool decor and their food is unique and amazing!  I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was very tasty!  They have a variety of coffee drinks.
The coffee martini  is superb!
Definitely a must try if your in the area!

We were told to check this out by an employee at another bar. We came 45 min before closing and there was a handful of people there. The place is super interesting looking and we sat at the bar. I got thee stallion spritz. It was refreshing and had a cool taste to it. Bar tender was super sweet.

I've only been to J & Tony's at night when their bar is open. It was such a great experience the first time that I went back a couple nights later because I wanted to introduce more friends to the spot.

The mans and I love staycationing in San Diego and waking up to some brekkie from J& Tony's. Unfortunately, this last weekend will be our last visit. The wait is entirely too long, the staff isn't as attentive or friendly as they used to be. Mezcal Negroni tasted like it was shaken instead of stirred. Their signature Negroni was entirely too sweet. There are too many good breakfast burritos out there in Mexico's backyard to spend your good coin here.
Least favorite of the Consortium Holding Group. The vibe and concept are great. Might come back, might not.

Espresso martinis are BOMB. This place looks straight out of Williamsburg mixed with a 1950a sci-fi movie. People are so friendly. It was so great, I stopped during the day for a coffee. Latte just as great. IT IS A VIBE.

One of my favorite Happy hours in all of San Diego. I'm not normally one for slushies but their Lemonchello slush on happy hour is phenomenal. If you like a martini their mini Tinis are so fun! The food in here is great, the sweet stuff like the granola yogurt and the Nutella waffle is so good! But the charcuterie and the muffuletta is so good to. I go here a couple times a month and the hardest thing is the parking. I don't live in the neighborhood so I fight to try and find a spot anywhere near by. They have a full bar and the cocktails are really really good especially the Negronis.

One of my favorite bars of all time! Love the ambiance, decor, and most importantly, the drinks!

The bartenders were all so friendly and knowledgeable. One of the bartender offered us a bunch of different drink recipe books to read while we were there.

The vibe in here is really pretty and the food is good too. I adore the muffuletta which is always made with fresh ingredients and yummy bread. Staff is super friendly and the spot is very clean and well decorated.

Such a fun spot! I hardly find myself downtown in this area but when I did, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. I've been dying to try their deli/sandwich menu but unfortunately they were only serving a limited/early menu but lucky for me because the breakfast burrito was sooooo good! We sat at the bar and the bartender was so sociable and kind. Let us try some samples and served some great cocktails. The whole atmosphere at the bar made me free like I was on safari and stumbled upon a secret bar on the savanna but then walking around it's a whole different planet. Kind of like 90s run in diner, meets Jurassic Park but also tiki? Does that help? You gotta check this place out.
