J & M Glass Company

Unfortunately with all their 5 star reviews I am here to express my negative experience with J and M.

Made the appointment and that was all fine - she didn't ask for my name when I called so I called back and gave it to her for the appointment

Brought it in to leave while we were out in town.

The receptionist called and said it was done... I asked what was done, because I was expected a call telling me the issues and they never called me to ask if I wanted them to fix the issues. I wanted them to call to explain what was wrong and then we would move forward.

I asked the receptionist was they did to it and she said the owner would tell me when I picked it up. My car had been there for 6 hours and I had thought they would have updated me with what the issues were before they worked on it.

So I go to pick it up. They said it was a simple fix.

So I pay and then come to find out during the conversation that they did the wrong window... nothing was wrong with the other windows....

When I called to make the appointment I had mentioned it was the driver window. But they worked on the wrong window.

I was definitely frustrated because it was the only day I could drop it off so now the issues wasn't fixed.

My husband and I were expressing our frustration and Mark started yelling at us, making excuses and didn't even offer an apology.

It elevated to him cussing at us. He said fuc* to my husband! We are an active duty military family and were treated horribly.

Absolutely do not take your vehicles here.

My car got hit by a stone on the highway and had a 1 inch starburst rack in the windshield. J&M got me in right away the next morning, did a fabulous job (can barely see a tiny dot), and charged only $25! Nice guy running the shop.

Mark is the best in Aurora, great glass company. Very good work and great prices. They are my go too for any glass work.

Mark (owner) and his crew recently replaced the windshield in my 2012 Honda Crosstour. I was able to observe his interaction with employees and other customers while while I was waiting for my repair to be completed. Best part was being able to engage personally with Mark during my visit; he is one of the most genuine and friendly people I've ever met.

Overall a very positive experience; highly recommend.

Post script: Ironically, my beautiful new (six-week-old) windshield caught a rock last week...right on the edge of the glass, so cracking began almost immediately... very sad, and quite annoying. So... I will be going back to J & M in the very near future.

We had a cracked windshield that needed to be repaired before the negative temperatures hit. They got us in same day, and the quality and service were excellent. We will definitely be using J & M for any and all windshield repair/replacement needs.

I stopped in to J&M today, not realizing they were just an auto glass shop. I needed my aquarium glass resized. They could surely sent me packing, but no, the owner had his associate Pedro come out to see what he could do for me. They replaced the glass on one top and resized the other piece. Pedro spent at least 30 minutes working on the project!! When I asked what I owed them, I was told nothing, as the glass was scrap to them. When did you last experience that!! I tipped Pedro but was so impressed by their help. Need auto glass, I highly recommend them, I haven't seen this kind of service in a very long time! Judy Toler

I had to get my windshield replaced, I was expecting to pay an arm and leg but that was not the case. Very reasonably priced service and the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future if I ever need a chip fixed or if I need another windshield.

Having replaced countless windshield in my lifetime I had concluded that most automotive glass companies don't know their glass from a hole in the ground. It was truly a breath of fresh air to find J&M Glass to replace my broken windshield. Their workmanship is impeccable and the level of professionalism unparalleled. Mark (the owner) and all of his employees are the kind of folks you look fwd to doing business with. I was made to feel welcome the second I walked in the door. Within a minute or so of arriving for my appt my vehicle was in the shop getting a new windshield. Less than 30 minutes later, having been given detailed instructions on the care of my new windshield, I was on my way. This is a company that I would be happy to refer friends and family members to. Lastly, at a time when the price of everything is going through the roof, this was the best priced windshield I have purchased in the 50+ years that I have been driving.

Seriously amazing! Their prices are great and reasonable, better than other places. They're quick to get what they need to do what you asked for. They're great to communicate things and answer all questions you have. Very nice and polite people. No complaints whatsoever.

the right place in the Denver metro area. Mark the owner is an expert and has great techs working for him. Give him a chance to prove they
are from the "Old School"! I will only use Mark at J & M Glass for any future auto glass needs.
