Mike at J&D was so great to work with! My contractor recommended J&D for ordering bath and kitchen fixtures. We originally ordered some of the in-the-wall components from them, and they were able to track and make sure everything was compliant. When a few of my selections wouldn't work, they were helpful in recommending alternatives that matched the style of other selections while also being considerate of cost considerations. All that saying, the prices were also incredibly competitive, and it feels great to support a locally owned small business. Highly recommend!

Tabb is a pleasure to do business with! Remodeling during a pandemic, with everything backordered, and contractors beyond busy is challenging enough, finding kitchen designers that make the whole thing easier is a blessing! I couldn't be more pleased with my newly remodeled kitchen, the cabinets are lovely, and J.D. Whirlpool provided great service, and competitive pricing.

I chose J&D for my bathroom remodel because of the great Yelp reviews and am so grateful I did. I was initially thinking they were out of my budget given their showroom and brands they carry, but they had many quality options for me and I am completely satisfied with the quality and appearance of everything I purchased through them. I worked with Jeff, who took all the time I needed to explain things, go through options, and even advise on what not to do/buy based on his extensive experience.
I highly recommend them, especially if you are considering using a big box store, given the quality, price, and expertise and quick response times they can bring.

Arun was amazing! So knowledgeable and gave my husband and I lots of information. He's a pleasure! He made us feel like we weren't burdening him with our million and one questions. Will definitely do my homework and come back for orders.

I wish I could rate with more than 5 stars. We are going through our first construction projct (2 bathrooms + kitchen) and, shockingly, not everything has gone smoothly. The one consistently reliable vendor has been J&D. THe staff goes above and beyond to make your life easier and get you the products on time. They are great with accommodating last minute changes (like when the measurements for the sink for you custom cabinets are very wrong and the counter installer needs another option asap).

I cannot say enough of about them.

The service is outstanding. I called yesterday frantically in need of a bathtub because the Kohler tub I ordered 6 weeks ago still wasn't in and my contractor needed to get started immediately. Tabb talked me through everything on the phone to make sure he had in stock what I needed. I rushed over there and he took great care of me and found a tub and a drain in a matter of minutes. The tub was in stock so my contractor picked it up today and the drain is being sent overnight.

I wish I had gone to this place sooner. Tabb is a gentleman and an outstanding communicator. I love this place. The service, selection and prices can't be beat.

I'm going back next week to get the medicine cabinet. Love it.

I know this guys for few years. What makes them exceptional is the the knowledge and the productivity rate. Before I worked with them I would spend literally 1-2 on selecting finishes. It was a pain. With them I spend in average for a build I spend 1-2 hours for everything and 30min later I see a quote in my inbox.

Also remember that no company is perfect and this times when I and when I write this times for material is very difficult so some flexibility on your side with go along way.

Found this place after googling bathroom remodeling from a tile place not far away and wow I am so glad I did. They had every we were looking for and in stock. Mike helped us out and he was great and saved us a lot of money comparing to what we had. The quality seems exactly what I had expected. I would highly highly recommend this place. I came all the way from Oak Lawn and I would say it was absolutely worth it.

I just remodeled my bathroom with the help of Mike from J & D, I couldn't be more delighted. They have all the high end brands, and great pricing. I got a Toto toilet, Graff faucets, MTI tub, and Robern LED medicine cabinets, all the latest styles in matte black. They have much better service and prices than other bath suppliers. They really know plumbing fixtures, I went back for Delta and Hansgrohe for my rental bath. If you like to shop local, get excellent service and save money it's worth a visit.

Tabb was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect tub for a new home and new bathroom faucets. Even when having issues years after purchasing, he informed me of the warranty that we're able to use to have our issue addressed and was very responsive as usual. Highly recommend them!
