I would make an appointment prior to coming in. I waited over two hours and wasn't very happy with the outcome of my nails. I wish I definitely said something but didn't want to offend the nail artist and had already spent so much time waiting anyways. At least I tried the spot out and know now not come back. Definitely not worth the $60 for short nails that were crooked. Left with a bunch of cuts on my fingers

Great service! Everyone was so nice, loved my hair. I did a blow out and a cut it came out beautiful! The music was also a vibe!

I made the decision to go from always having extremely long hair to a long bob style. I was very nervous but Isabel made me feel confident and comfortable. Not only is she professional and sweet, she KILLED my cut. I absolutely love it and will be coming back anytime I need a trim, color or even a wax. If you live in the area then I suggest coming here!

I love Isabels! I come here whenever i need my very curly and hard to manage hair straightened with a wash-and-set. They are super sweet and always take me right away or within 15 min even when it's busy (I always go on Saturdays so that's the busiest). Isabel is very helpful and friendly and so are all the stylists. They have thrown in a deep conditioner for no extra cost. They do an amazing job with the rolos and blow dry and my friend has also gotten just a wash and blow dry and it looked great. I love this place! Support local businesses in Dorchester!

They did a great job doing my hair ! I walked in around 430 and had to wait about 10mins which is expected when walking into a hair salon especially before the weekend & 10 mins is quicker than most. I'm not sure the name of the woman who did my hair but she was very friendly as were all the staff! Salon is very clean and well kept, highly recommend !

I had gone to the salon a few times, and the person that usually does my hair was never there. I called one day to ask about her, and they gave very vague answers. I found that no one else in the salon gave the right care to my hair.. they could be better with communicating to clients, and treating everyone well, no just their regular people. I found that if I sat it someone else's chair, they always rushed the process and it came out badly.

This is not to sound over exaggerated but Isabel's Hair Salon is one of the best hair salons in Boston!!!! Isabel treats all her clients with kindness and respect. She is very technical with her hair care product selections and methods to styling client's hair because she wants all her clients to have beautiful, healthy hair and she will work with you closely to achieve this goal. Isabel also prides herself on exceptional customer service. You can often find her offering clients coffee and water while they are getting their hair done. She is amazing and your hair will never work better!

Went in for a men's haircut, had a wonderful experience. Isabel took time to analyze my head shape, natural hair patterns, and personal opinion to give a great haircut. Price was very reasonable, and well worth it for a fantastic cut! Highly recommended. I definitely plan to return for my next cut.

I used to go to Isabel's biweekly for my wash and set. My stylist was always very friendly and my hair always turned out beautifully. Not too many people speak English, but you can still get your point across. I did feel like it was disorganized. You could be waiting for hours to get your hair washed, then hours after you come out of dryer. I put up with it because they kept my hair healthy and it always looked good. If you want to give up a whole day, I would recommend this place.

I've had my hair done at this place three times so far. And this last time has been my best. The staff is friendly. Yes, sometimes it takes forever for someone to attend to you but when they do, they do it well. They use good quality products too. They hair has greatly improved.
