I had the worst time. Please do not support this business.

The clerk at the front was preoccupied with playing video games. More interested in his game than explaining the price or helping a first time customer.

The equipment was terrible. We had to switch out our headphones 3 times till we found ones that would actually work. Keyboard was disgustingly greasy, and missing buttons!

The game I wanted to play, Overwatch, wasn't even installed on my computer. I wasted 30 min waiting to download it. It should have already been downloaded!

At one point, a man that smelled DISGUSTING and acting strange came into the place. The clerk did not care at all who came in! That man yelled, banged his fists on the desk, threw his keyboard, and shouted profanity towards the whole place and everyone in it. He used the N word with the hard R and called the Asians inside derogatory insults. That man later stormed out, and I was relieved... temporarily...

Later, that man returned and (as a young lady) I was scared. The man was obviously mentally unstable. And they let him right back inside!!! I was worried for my safety, he could have come back with a weapon for all we knew.

I had enough once that man returned. We left very early and asked the lazy clerk for our money back. When I did ask for my money back, he scoffed at me and continued to play video games. He did not even bother to apologize that he could not give me a refund. When I explained to him that I had a terrible time due to incident, he offensively stated that I should not be afraid because I was there with my boyfriend. I did not push for my money back because there was no point in fighting with scummy sexists.

Please, do not support this business.

Worst gaming place in town!!! You might actually ger sick for just using their old dirty computer.

My biggest complaint is that it's prepaid. I went here to kill time and play some league, but I wasn't sure how long it would take. I paid for 3 hours ($3 per hour because I'm not a member). I ended up playing for less than 2 hours. I asked for $3 back but the worker wouldn't give it to me...I played for LESS than 2 hours!
Also, the first computer I sat at didn't have league fully patched - that's already a bad sign, given how popular league is. Something was wrong with the computer and it didn't finish patching after 10 minutes. I switched to another one after that. At least the guy said he wouldn't charge me for the 10 min.
Other than that, the Internet speed is decent. I'm never coming here again, though.

I went here Monday around lunch time, it wasn't crowded.

Cafe Attendant:
the mid-40s attendant was helpful.
By the time i ended and have to pay the overtime charge, the attendant wasn't attentive, he was busy playing and takes him over a minute to respond to me and get my payment.


Price:
$10 for membership with 3 hours of game time.

for nonmember, $3 per hour
for members, $2 per hour

the cheapest rate for a gaming cafe so far.


Location:
It is located 2nd floor of a plaza.


Restroom:
They have onsite restroom for men (just with a sink and urinal).

For women, as far as i know they have to use the plaza's restroom



Environment / Crowd
- the place is not air-conditioned (the time i went there), they just opened both front and back door plus running fans.

- i agree with some reviewers, these place attracts bombs and its disgusting when they bring those plastic bags with them and they just lay down as they can in the seat and it smells cause they sit where the fan blows. (-1)

- the crowd is mostly mid aged asian uncles, russian and bombs. [too bad not cute asian gamers]



Computer Unit:
The computer wasnt responsive as i want it to be.
I want to switch google chrome and my game from time to time but it ended up going blank screen most of the time. Sometimes, i need to force exit my game and reconnect to my ranked match. (-1)

I see the attendant cleans the monitor, mouse and keyboard when i was playing but it is still somewhat sticky (mouse and keyboard) (-1)

The headset stinks, i highly recommend bringing your own headset or earphone. (-1)

Pretty good place to go when you need to play with a stable ping & fps.

The only concerns I had was that the bathroom doesn't have a door, and isn't female friendly. It was awkward to look for the restroom, only to see a guy taking a piss haha.

Chairs are pretty worn out, but they are still comfortable!

Service is good, snacks are available to purchase, and there's fast food places nearby!

I wished that the keyboard on the computer was set to English since in League, I would have to manually change the language to English every time I loaded into a game. The English reverts back to Korean every game :^(

The owner is very nice takes very good care of his customers and equipment. I appreciate the efforts he made to make sure I had a good experience. Thank you.

I went to this place on weekend and it was pretty crowded. Overall , nice to place to kill time .
The attendant was really nice and kind .
Table was clean and the internet speed was super fast .
Also there were many choice of snacks and drinks to purchase.
Their parking is convenient also, with $1 , you can do valet parking

Anyway it's cheap if you pay $19 for membership you can only pay $2 per hour but my complaint is computer is not that good internet is laggy and headset is wrecked so it keeps giving you screaming like sound all the time and the clerk is really rude. His behavior to customer is depends on people. And always leers me like I'm an unpleasant customer I'd rather pay more and find other place

This place needs to be investigated by the Public Health of Los Angeles.
For Toxic Enviornmental Abuse.

1. They leave the front and back door open while they smoke endless amounts of CIGARETTES that end up filling the whole room. I asked to close the door and they denied saying they want to save money on their AC unit which happens to be a Floor AC. They would rather have their customers suffer from toxic reaction and uncomfortable breathing than spend a few dollars on the AC. They say they leave the door open for air flow... but its only bringing in more TOXIC smoke sometimes MARUJUANA smoke inside creating Harm for the customers including kids that are sometimes there and not aware. Second Hand smoke is very dangerous and kids might not know or have the guts to say anything. I actually did and they treated me like crap for raising a voice. It says its a non smoking room.. that means no smoke should be in the room... Don't they know that cigarette smoke destroys their furniture,walls, and their computers? so Bottom Line - if you wanna breathe in other peoples Toxic Ciggarettes Come Here. And they wont care if the customers are hot and sweating to death...
It's not worthusing $ on their AC

2.BATHROOM - Un Sanitary.... Like - you could get a disease in there.. there is urin and spit all over the walls and they dont clean it

3. Trash - They left a huge Pile of trash in the corner that Reaked of death right near the customers chair.

4. Chairs have Bugs on them. I've gotten bit a couple times

5. RUDE - They do not greet you or even acknowledge the suffering that you went through.
You'll be lucky if you get a smile from them.

6. Equipment is GREASY and DIRTY and they wipe their equipment with WINDEX.... :( they are either stingy or Uneducated...

They have fast Internet and drinks on the go... thats the only Good part.
