      James is all about service and quality service at that. I can't compliment him enough for the time and energy he did on our behalf to resolve a new appliance issue. Not enough stars for James.

      I found the company to be very unprofessional....they do not return phone calls and zero integrit.

      I asked my usual appliance repair company if they could fix our three-year-old GE dishwasher. They said that they don't work on the newer models and that I should call Integrity Appliance Repair of Santa Barbara because they are local and certified GE repair specialists. So I called Integrity Appliance Repair to setup an appointment. Toward the end of the call I gave the man on the phone what I thought was a compliment. I said: "I like that you are GE certified and not just an independent." He appeared a bit flustered by that which didn't make sense to me since I had just praised his credentials. He finished scheduling the appointment and we ended the call.

      An hour later I received this text from him: "Hi. I'm not doing the call tomorrow. Like you said 'you're just an independent' very offensive thing to say. I've worked very hard to become an independent servicer. Lots of risk. I'm responsible for myself unlike most people."

      I was very surprised because that was not what I said, in fact it might be considered the opposite. I was also surprised how unprofessional this text from Integrity Appliance Repair sounded. I texted him back to explain that he had misheard me and that I was complimenting him for being an expert with GE equipment, but he had blocked my phone from texting him. So I called him, and was sent to his voice mail. I left a message to let him know that he had misheard me, and that I was actually praising his credentials, yet never heard back from him.

      Unfortunately I cannot review his actual work (which I assume is fine since my go-to company referred him to me) because apparently I am banned. This is the weirdest interaction I have ever had with a repair company.

      My experience with this company was quite sad. Rarely have I experienced such a lack of professionalism. We were charged a high amount for an inspection. Then we were told parts were being ordered to fix. Then nothing. Two weeks later we called to verify status. We were told parts were on order. Then nothing. Then we called two weeks later, again, to verify status and then told that parts did not exist and that the work to repair was not going to happen.

      James is awesome!!

      Our fridge stopped cooling so I called Integrity appliance at 8am and James was there by 10am, amazing! Super knowledgeable and found the issue to be defective relay switches. Great prices, super honest and incredibly fast can't ask for much more.

      My dryer was not working. We called James and he came out the same day to diagnose the problem. He quickly determined the issue, ordered the part and returned the next day. After installing the new part, the dryer works great.

      James is friendly and knowledgeable about appliances. His years of experience in repairing appliances is obvious.

      came out to diagnose the washing machine, said he would call in a couple hours about parts & labor. never called back, didn't return subsequent calls. integrity of a ghost.....?

      Have to give James credit he responded quickly to my request for reversing the doors on our washer and dryer. He succeeded where I had previously failed, even when I had the help of a YouTube video.

      James has the experience and disposition to do the repair quickly and efficiently. Will use again in the future

      When my oven went out Thanksgiving morning I was directed to integrity appliance repair. After a week had passed I received parts and tried to follow up with them. Via text is the only way he would respond to me. He said he would come out Friday, and I responded if that was the earliest he could come then I would see him then. He responded with reminding me that "today was Wednesday, tomorrow was Thursday, so yes Friday." I told him I didn't need him to be a smart ass I was already upset with the oven breaking on Thanksgiving. He then decides he can't help me and to contact GE. It's really sad to see such poor professionalism. I am an active duty service member as well. I hope you treat other customers with more respect. Thanks for nothing!

      James was professional, efficient, reliable and I am thoroughly satisfied with his expert repair of my GE unitized washer and dryer.
      He came on time, brought all the necessary parts and tools, and quickly repaired my appliance. I give him my highest recommendation.
