ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE 'CARE'. Incompetant, overperfumed nurses.
Gave me multiple drugs that should have NEVER been considered for me (one caused a seizure)
Absolutely NO MONITORING of either intake/output (GI floor), or drug side-effect reactions (nurses did not even monitor stool!!!!)
Could NOT get anyone to help shower until 2am (when I should have been sleeping) Shower ran water all over floor and aid had to put blankets down to absorb which were a HORRIBLE tripping hazard.
Blood draws done at 3:30 AM!!!!!!!!!! Seriously! Patient
should be sleeping.
Collapsed EVERY available vein in my arms due to idiocy.
Would NOT give me my diabetic drugs!!!!!!!!! Had to fight constantly to get painkiller I could tolerate (others were making me worse, or not working at all) Did not have a pain 'pump' available so that I could tolerate others.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOng wait for nurse/aide response
Charges on bill for services not performed. (dealing with billing a nightmare - no one speaks English!)
Could not feed me on diabetic/allergy diet. Had to have food brought in. Even brought me a 'diabetic coma' in a bowl for breakfast.
Was forced out before physically ready to leave due to morning doctor who spent less than 15 seconds in room and IMHO should not even have a license (Elizabeth Coote). It was obvious that her only job was to push people OUT of the hospital. She sure did not give a damn about patient.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (if you want to live)
I am pretty sure that I would be dead if my husband had not stayed with me 24/7Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kelly O.Downtown, Dallas, TX01Oct 28, 2023
They saved my spouse's life! The most compassionate and caring nurses and staff. I will be forever grateful to the ICU staff at Integris hospital.

My husband had hip replacement surgery. From the first person we met walking In the door, to the last person out the door , everyone was incredibly nice and compassionate. I even need to brag on the cafe personal! They took excellent care of my husband and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable also. I highly recommend this hospital!

Integris Health is doing 100% correct during this awful Covid period.
My mom was in for a serious problem and the love and care they provided her was above and beyond. I pray for the medical staff for their safety and appreciate the love and comfort that gave my 80 year old mom. Please continue to be safe- Mitzy - Kim -Dana -Roxanne and ALL of the others I've forgotten.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Shannan C.Denver, CO101Dec 19, 2019
3rd floor Medical Sugery.
Just having a hard time understanding that it is the holiday season and we work very hard to earn every bit extra money we can. As delivery drivers it is Courteous that you, the purchaser would Accordingly Tip your delivery driver. Any amount of money is greatly appreciated as we do not receive a lot of pay, WE use our own vehicle, and pay all of our own expenses such as gas and travel time. This food order was paid with cash and it is just appalling to me that we did not receive any type of tip for an 800.00 order. We Hope you enjoy your holiday meal and free delivery service! We transported the order, carried it to the 3rd floor and set it up. Thank you! happy holidays!.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Pam M.Kingwood, TX28546Jul 20, 2021
I had to go to the ER while we were traveling and staying at a nearby RV park. I was dreading a wait in the ER. We got there on a Sunday morning and there was no one waiting and just several very friendly nurses that met me and quickly took me back. By the time my husband parked our truck they had me in the back and hooking me up to an IV and EKG. We were so shocked at how fast they took care of the situation. The Dr. was super nice and the whole experience was positive. Thank God I was ok and released. I would highly recommend this emergency room!

My friend was in from out of state and was sick. Not just sick but she started throwing up on Sunday the 30th and it continued even after she went to the ER. They said she had a kidney infection and gave her morphine for her pain and stuff for her nausea and vomiting. She continues to throw up even after medicine, she flew back home Friday. But she found that if she didn't eat anything she'd be okay. Well today she was told that she has E Coli, it took them 3 days to get her this information. Testing for E Coli takes on average 24 hours, yet it took 72 hours.

This is an update to my previous review. After months of trying to get the inaccurate "patient reported" medications off of my records, Integris is still harassing me with nasty little games and the mystery medications are still on my PHI (Patient History Infomation - what they call medical records). They sent my bill to an address that doesn't exist. Luckily I got it anyway. This was after I called the billing office the next Monday after I was discharged on Saturday to tell them to send bills to my PO box. They sent me a letter denying my demand to remove the mystery medications from my PHI. This letter included an address where I could file an appeal. So, I wrote an appeal and sent it to the address they provided. That letter was returned as undeliverable. Now I want to think all of this is due to gross incompetence alone, but I fear it's not. It really seems like they are trying to retaliate against me because I won't just let all of this go. WORST HEALTH CARE SYSTEM EVER!!!! You would think that they would be more caring since they are a non profit but apparently, that's just a tax dodge. They don't pay taxes so they can use that money to buy up even more hospitals. All of that is super scary. If you value your health, don't use Integris for anything. Oh and I also found out they are billing my insurance company for an X ray that was never taken. My insurance company and I are now auditing all of the charges. There are probably other services they billed for that I never received.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0May 20, 2021Previous reviewHorrible ICU Nurse named Missy (Nora) yells at traumatized patients - yelled at me for being too demanding after she ignored my request for pain meds for over two hours, then called security on me. Pegged me as an abuser because I have an unusually high natural tolerance to opioids and anesthetic. That's caused a host of problems in the past including being overdosed on general anesthetic twice because I kept waking up. Inaccurate patient records - They stated that I REPORTED that I am currently taking a host of medications including Cymbalta, lyrica, Nexium and get this - TESTOSTERONE!!! Plus a whole bunch of other things I have never taken. I guess they assumed I was trans and was on a bunch of psychological meds because I was upset. WTF? Or maybe they did it to cover their rear ends after that whole security thing. So, they could say "my" meds were causing me to be aggressive with them. There was also a blood pressure medication in that list too that I have never taken. I guess they "assumed" that because I had a couple of high blood pressure readings when I first got there. Duh, I was freaked out. I had just been bitten by a copperhead. I don't take anything except supplements and occasional antibiotic & pain meds for dental work. I told them that numerous times. This is really, really concerning that the records are this inaccurate. It's a really good thing I won't be going back to Integris, EVER! There were so many things wrong with this hospital stay that I can't write it all in the allotted space, so I'm trying to include just the most serious violations of my rights. I refused acetaminophen numerous times but they gave it to me anyway. I was given misinformation about the IV NSAID and liver damage. Nurses should know the potential risks of medications and NOT give out incorrect warnings. They kept asking me way too personal questions like they were fishing for something else to treat me for. I don't know how many times I was asked about my alcohol use, whether there were stairs at my house and how I was getting home. I can see asking questions like that once or twice but not numerous times by numerous people over multiple days, like I was going to change my answers if they only asked me enough times. I was afraid I would say the wrong thing and they would try to force a treatment or service on me that I didn't need. I think they were all truly disappointed that they couldn't send me to rehab (either physical or substance abuse), or get me to use medride or home health care. I'm really, really glad I stopped the opioids myself after about 18 hours, so they weren't able to claim I was an abuser and force me into substance abuse rehab. Someone DID put in my charts that they suspected I had a substance abuse problem. It felt like I was at a used car lot, only I wasn't interested in buying. They probably get a commission for add on services. I guess they've got a lot of empty beds and extra nurses now that covid isn't bad so they are grasping for additional revenue. The after care instructions they gave me say "how to care for a poisonous snake bite." Snakes aren't poisonous. They are venomous or non-venomous. Health care providers should know that. After discharge they assigned an INTEGRIS nurse to call and check on me. She presented herself as a representative of my health insurance company. Again, they were trying to sell me home health. This is extremely deceptive, predatory and highly unethical. I even donated a bunch of masks to this hospital at the beginning of the pandemic when PPE was in short supply and this is how they repay me. I WILL NOT be a good little customer for them. #BigBrotherHospital #HealthCAREnotProfit #PatientsArentCustomers #HealthCAREnotSales #Integris #FreeSpeech #CorporateGreed

The Mrs chose Integris Edmond as the hospital to have our first child. The rooms were large, comfortable, quiet, and very relaxing. The Dr.'s and Nurses were very attentive and we were never stuck with an unanswered question or unmet need. As for being our first delivery my wife asked possibly 3 million questions and the nurses never showed any negative emotions or responses and always answered truthfully and accurately. The wife has decided already that if we were to bring anymore beautiful children into this world, Integris Edmond would be the place they first see. Thanks again, you made it very easy on a first time father!
