We got our kitchen renovated and were looking at quartz countertops and backsplash
Diego was very helpful from selection to the final installation.
Very reasonably priced , very professional . Countertops were installed without any delay within a week and backsplash within 3 business days as they mentioned.
I love my new kitchen

Innovate Stones was recommended to me by a friend who is renovating several of his rental apartments. I worked with Diana who my friend directed me to, Diana is extremely knowledgeable in all things stone and Design, I was very impressed to say the least. Innovate has a nice showroom in Linden NJ which has the fabrication facility and Stone yard in the same property.
Innovate offers Granite, Quartz and what seems like thousands of other materials. I had targeted Quartz based on my research and design.
The quartz I liked was on hand. Before we agreed on an exact price, Diana sent someone to template the kitchen, once Diana had the exact measurements, she called me and we negotiated based on the actual square footage which required more material than I figured. Diana worked with me on the price and the Quartz was installed the following week. What impressed me was that one of the pieces wasn't measured correctly, the installer left the piece and called the facility. Diana and I spoke after the installer left, apologized profusely and said she would make it right. Sure enough several hours later the same day one of the installers came back and fit the correct piece. Their location is easily 75-90 minutes away from my location.
The reality is mistakes happen, it is the way that mistakes are handled that separates the Excellent companies from the middle of the road operators.
I can proudly say the team at Innovate Stones is one of the Excellent companies to work with.
I would not Hesitate to work with them again.

I meant to pictures of earlier, but I totally forgot. Anyways Diogo and his team of professionals installed this granite at my house and did an Outstanding job. Nothing but praise for this company and his team.
We had a small piece where our coffee machine normally sits that was not cut right, NP the installers called and arranged to come back and fix the issue. Sure enough within a week, the piece was recut and installed.
I didn't have to hound the company to get this completed. I wouldn't give anyone else my business before I had Diogo and his company come in give me an estimate. Did I mention the estimate and completed job was a great price. I initially had another company give me a quote and was a little lower, but I liked Innovates professional webpage and personnel that gave me confidence in the up coming job. Don't hesitate. We chose innovate stones after looking at their social media account & sifting through reviews . Their work seemed to very consistent and solid from all the pictures. They did a wonderful job installing our quartz countertop but my one major gripe was a sales associate who's attitude was horrendous towards the end. There were some major communication errors on her end. A simple phone call on a few occasions could of prevented us from waiting around all day. They were pretty accommodating as they had to come out to our home to redo measurements since we were going through a small kitchen Reno & our cabinets were a mess. The repetitive communication mess ups were a major issue for me. Overall I'd recommend them. The owner & his brother were easy to work with.

From start to finish, Diogo and the entire staff at Innovate Stones provided us with premium customer service. Diogo provided us complete attention throughout our remodel, from design & fabrication up to and beyond the installation. His install team was neat and professional and did a tremendous job installing a beautiful product. It was very easy to rely on Diogo and his staff's knowledge and experience throughout our entire process. We are extremely confident and will definitely use them again when the time comes. Terrible experience. Low quality granite that I had to choose the slab from an outsource location. They did not edge it nicely or evenly. The granite is chipping and cracking everywhere and has not been shiny even since the install on day one. Have NEVER seen such low quality work. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

On time on cue. Several jobs that they did for me including my family I would recommend them to anyone. Affordable and great crew to install I can not express enough how good is to know a granite contractor like them. By the way whenever you review someone complaining about any business make sure you check them also. Just the other day I found some one wrote a bad review form Virginia on this business. I had my granite kitchen counters installed by innovate stone. I was more than happy with how the whole process went. They were a very friendly team with great prices. They are a small shop, which I prefer over the really large companies. The installation went smoothly. They accidentally measured my window sill incorrectly (had granite installed there too), but it looked ok still so I had them leave it. They were willing to replace it ASAP, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would (and have) recommend them in the future.

I had Innovate Stones install a Cambria kitchen counter last summer (2016). They quoted a more reasonable price than several others I contacted. The measurement was done using a laser instrument. The slab came out fitting very well. The guys who did the measurement and installation were professional and courteous. All in all, I am pleased.

Yes, as good as it gets. Nice facility, good staff, reasonable prices. I visited on Saturday, met with Fabio Borges and had an order complete in less than an hour. He was pleasant and knowledgeable while being interested in my needs. Good combination. The selection is excellent and the sink / etc. were good quality, reasonably price.

As nice as the sales experience was, the measurement and installation were excellent too. The measurement team showed up on time, worked quickly, had a few questions, made some suggestions and helped me end up with more than I planned on. Their suggestion to extend the pass-through counter a few inches and bond it to the back splash created a 15" surface between the kitchen and dining, enough for stools. The integration with the back splash turned out well too.

The installation crew showed up on time, were polite, dressed in uniform, professional and did their work expertly. I had no damage, no issues. I didn't even stay to see it finished, and it turned out as if they were working on their own homes. When they ran into a little issue with a piece of back splash I got 2 phone calls and a proposed resolution. By the time I called back, they had already decided to go with the solution I wanted: re cut that piece so it worked as best at it could.

The counters look great and I will never hesitate to come back or recommend that someone else do the same.
