Rude people! Unprofessional service !! GLORIA is a person with no manners. NERI LOZANO never answer his phone calls or emails. This is the people who is supposed to help you! Don't go there , it's better to pay some $$ to get a better experience. Good luck . !!

Today 7/28/2021 at approximately 1220pm a process server attempted to serve the Defendant's attorney at this "law office". The receptionist had the person serving the papers wait around 25 minutes as she claimed she needed permission from the attorney. After waiting the process server was told by the receptionist that they refused to be served. Process server attempted to leave papers with the receptionist who then proceeded to throw the official court documents out of the door on to the street. Very unprofessional and rude behavior from the employees at this office. We will be reporting this behavior to the judge on this case

I can't say thank you enough and great things about my experience with the Inner City Law Center and specifically, my excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, committed and caring advocate, Sarah Siraj. I feel truly blessed to find this organization, and such great person to help me during a very uncertain and complex time. My stability and the security of my future was at stake. I had a Social Security Disability hearing regarding the continuation of my benefits. Despite receiving these benefits for years, as my conditions are permanent, I was still denied during the renewal process multiple times. Due to my disabilities, I rely on Social Security as my sole source of income to sustain my everyday life. I didn't know where to turn. It was stressful, taxing and emotionally draining. When I found the Inner City Law Center and Sarah, I instantly felt like I was in a good place. That everything was going to workout. Sarah was very knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process and handled all the logistics/aspects from start to finish. I have memory issues and she kept me on track and guided me. She was an overall amazing advocate to have. She was very professional and quite pleasant, understanding and empathetic. I could tell she cared, which made all the difference to me keeping a positive and optimistic perspective. She even referred me to other social services/organizations that I have definitely benefited from. There are certain times in life when you feel like you're losing hope or have nowhere to turn or are alone in facing challenges. And then you find that person, that place, that help, which gives you a feeling of support, security and relief that all will be well because you're in it together. That is the Inner City Law Center and Sarah Siraj. I am forever grateful!

This place deserves more than 5 stars. They helped me & my family not get evicted from our apartment. I ran into this place a day after I was served with court papers and I am so glad I did. I didn't have an appointment & had no idea what I was supposed to do. I walked in to inquire to see if they were able to help me & the lady at the front made it happen. I was getting kicked out of my apartment because I had a cat. Natasha Roland was so nice & helpful. I did bother her more than I was supposed to but she was always nice & professional. I never really thanked her enough but she saved me & my family from getting kicked out. Thank you so much!

I cannot express my gratitude and confidence to Inner City Law and especially to my wonderful lawyer Ms. Coral Arias! My landlord began eviction proceedings in April over bogus accusations and in desperation I came to their offices and immediately I encountered a professional, respectful and educated staff who eased my fears and fought hard for almost 6 months to dismiss my case. I highly recommend them and their good, important work for those of us who cannot afford legal representation.

If you are a Veteran who has been denied for a service connected injury, or even if you just need to talk to someone about your service connection possibility I recommend the Inner City Law Center. I went in looking for help getting service connected after getting discharged from the Marine Corps. I was homeless and didn't even know my service and injury entitled me to VA benefits including medical care and compensation for my disability. I would have given them all 5 stars but at the end of the process I was left to finish up myself. For a free service they went up and beyond to get me what I deserved. Thank you Ms. Marry

Don't waste your time with this place. Twice I asked them for legitimate help and I was turned down both times. The last time I talked to them I was told I would be receiving a letter from the person I met with (Abbey Lent) concerning our first meeting which I never received). Only later did I receive a phone call much later. It seems their only concerned with getting names on people needing help with increasing their funding than helping people. A TOTAL waste of time.
