DO NOT EVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! They have had my sons bike since July 2016. That is not a typo. 2016!!! Over $8,000 check cashed from sons insurance company over six years ago. Getting lawyer as there is no other way to get the back back from this Justin joker. I could write all kinds of things here but I will leave it at that. This guy deserves to get sued.

Great experience with these guys. On my way back to the East coast was told by a H-D dealer in Denver I needed about $3800.00 worth of repairs. Took layover in SD, they went thru entire bike, corrected a number of issues for less than a 1/4 of what Harley quoted.
Bike is running great!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Patrick C.San Diego, CA420171Feb 23, 2019
Justin and the guys are awesome. I was hit my a car and they helped fix my bike up right away. Awesome customer service all around. Quality for a great price , efficient and never did they hesitate to answer my questions. I've had a motorcycle for over 9 years and I will never go to another place for a tune up, fix up or custom work . Thank you guys and gals

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
They charged me $1,400 for work they never performed . I sent the bike back twice and it still did not run right . They forgot to tighten my brake lines , left my fuse box cover loose and it fell off, they did a crappy job on my pipes and they come off while driving on the highway.
They charged me to rebuild both carbs, the bike still did not run and when I took it to another shop they showed me it was never taken apart .
When I went to talk to the owner Justin in perons he said he was headed out the door to drop his kid off to her mom and that I should have made an appointment to talk to him...
Funny because when I dropped my bike off during posted business hours I did not need an appointHelpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 18518830Jun 26, 2016

I've been using this place for years they rebuilt my motors on all of my harleys. Speak with Justin and let him know exactly what you're looking for. Believe me he will do his best to accommodate you on all Your motorcycle needs and wants.

Poor customer service with a slice of white supremacy.
It took them WAY longer to finish the job than it should have, like a 2 day job became a 10 day job. Lots of excuses. I would call and they'd say "it'll be done this afternoon, come on by!" Then I'd swing by in the afternoon at 3 pm and the shop would be closed. And the next day they would tell me it was almost done, maybe a couple more hours.
When I brought in the bike, nobody was at the desk for nearby 30 minutes. It was just me in the shop and a guy working on a bike in the back. Same for nearly every time I was there, nobody manning the desk. When I did get someone, they couldn't give me an estimate of time or cost, just said they'd call me (which they never did). I'd call during business hours and nobody would answer.
The white supremacy thing... I don't know if that affected my customer service or not, maybe they treated me differently, maybe not. Normally I wouldn't care about politics, but everyone was white, covered in tats, and they have white supremacist gear for sale, so it really undermined my confidence in the shop and the service.
I've giving them 2 stars because they did actually get the job done and it was the price I expected. Definitely wouldn't go back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Garrett J.Goodyear, AZ11326Dec 10, 2018
Worst experience at a shop in my entire life. My brother and I pulled up and got the most flabbergasted looks, like we were from mars. Dude called my FXR a dyna, then asked if we could come back tomorrow? Shady shop/ no experience/ no help.

Worst experience with a motorcycle shop EVER!! They took TWO MONTHS to even work on my motorcycle, and I finally had to pick it up because they wouldn't fix it. They even made things worse!! When I picked it up there were wires coming out of places that they weren't before! They broke air filters, and lost parts. I would call everyday and they would say the same thing, "we are really busy now, but will start on it today". The guy ALWAYS sounded drunk when he would answer the phone, and I would hear him complaining about my call while I was "on hold". It ended up costing me money to fix what they did to my motorcycle.
