In-N-Out Burger

So far I've had a WONDERFUL experience SERGIO took complete care of me when it came down to my order down to the detail of me getting some off the menu stuff and completely had the generosity of going above and beyond to make sure my order was successfully beyond my needs of what I ordered ! The environment he set for your store was impeccable and above the standards in my eyes .. coming from a manager position from your rivals I'd take him on my team no problem 100 ! The end result = my taste buds being fulfilled

Never had an issue but today found a blonde hair in my food. My entire family has black hair, very gross and disappointed.

Must have came from the lady that was at the window handing out food.

This was my first time here and to sum up the visit, i'd have to classify this particular In-N-Out Burger as being "TYPICAL"!! And I mean that in the BEST way possible!!!!

Our party of 3 came directly over for some much needed lunch. After a few hours of roaming at a nearby pumpkin patch, under the hot beaming sun, we were in dire need of something ice cold & filling.

As expected, the establishment was super clean with the help of an employee periodically circulating and tidying up. Our order was made as requested and food tasted just as good as any other visit to an In-N-Out location. You know they're doing something right when every locations dishes out the same deliciousness without any compromises.

Thank you for not being shady with the spread- MY DAUGHTER IS OVERLY OBSESSED!! 5/5 stars because the employees are kind and the food is fabulous. I'd come back in a heartbeat!!!!

Dirtiest In n Out I've ever seen. The floors were nasty and dirty. It was dead, not busy at all, and there was food trash and muck all over the floor.

Amazing service and the food is good for its price and workers clean right away and are efficient, but is a bit loud when busy

A well maintained in-n-out with a PROPER drive through set up that wraps around the building rather than weave through the parking lot. Bravo.

Service was fast and friendly, as it the standard at every in-n-out I've visited.

I'm surprised at how empty this location was on a Monday afternoon. Food was prepared exactly as ordered. Bun was toasted adequately and fries were done JUST right. I don't usually give in-n-out locations 5 stars. They're typically 3-4 but - today was the day they earned a 5.

Service: usually fast. Even when the store is busy, the wait doesn't seem too long. The drive through is only 20 minutes max when the line is long. Ordering to-go inside is usually quicker.

Ambiance: plenty of seating, store does a great job of keeping area clean.

Food: In-N-Out has to be the go-to hamburger place in California. Cheap, consistent food. You can get fries in a variety of ways and they all taste great.

Innout is a family favorite and is hands down one of my favorite places to grab a bite. This location in particular is my favorite. Staff are always so friendly and they keep the tables nice and clean. Last time an employee even offered to take our trays to toss for us. Since we typically do drive thru, my kids were thrilled to receive an activity pack with crayons when we dined in last time. I am so glad that the chilis are back for self service yummy gotta have extra spread and chopped chilis! I do miss the whole small chilis since those were spicier. We love coming here for a quick bite.

(Review of an amazing employee experience, not food this time)

My husband took my son to use the restroom.. and the stall was out of toilet paper.

An employee was using the restroom and washing his hands after... and overheard them talking. He asked them if there was a problem. Then he proceeded to finish washing his hands and got them TP. He was super friendly, and it was evident he loved his job.

How refreshing! Thanks for the great customer service - with a smile!

EDIT 1/4/23: Another knowledgeable person told me there's also the "Flying Dutchman" which would be the patty and cheese. My kid don't like the cheese though, but maybe this would help out some other parent with malfunctioning progeny.

EDIT 1/3/23 like immediately after posting: Alright I should have known... I was told there is indeed a Picky Kid Burger on the secret menu and it's called................. "Pup Patty with Salt"

.........see! 2023 is already giving me its tomes of knowledge!!!

First Yelp of 2023.

I could try to conjure something rad from my underside like I usually am able to do, but..... I feel 2023 will be the greatest year yet, and I REALLY want to see how it all pans out................

So, here it is: a review of In N' Out. It's appropriate ain't it?--the one mega popular chain that I just can't seem to love.

But the one thing I did love... my gf's happy, and my 3yr old son ate his fries and beef patties (after yanking them out from the sandwich like Komodo dragons tearing flesh from buffalo carcass.) I did put in an off-menu order of "neopolitan shake" but I think they missed an opportunity, or maybe they thought of this?--is there such a thing as "Picky Kid Burger" = a single beef patty?

Maybe if they put Picky Kid Burger on their secret menu I'd like them more.

It's the New Year!!!--do something great. Something new! Picky Kid Burger!!!!!
