i met imraan serendipitously and immediately knew i wanted him to be our agent. sometimes, not often, a person's authenticity and integrity, intelligence and humor, are unmistakable, and that's the case with imraan. quickly, his wide and deep knowledge of LA real estate, and his commitment to serving the client's needs, also become obvious, and we were off and running, looking for a new home to buy and preparing to sell the much-loved home we were living in. much drama ensued (LA real estate is not a simple game, people!). imraan, unfailingly, was a constant source of solid information, useful perspective and - very important - good humor. after something of a rollercoaster ride - you know, a little bit fun, a little bit terrifying - we purchased well, we sold well, and what can be a seriously daunting undertaking was eased, daily, by imraan's calm, professional, helpful, presence.

Working with Hannah took away so much of the stress as a first-time homebuyer. From tours to contracts to inspections, Hannah knew the process in and out and was always happy to get on the phone with me to answer my questions and discuss how to move forward. Her advice always seemed genuine and with my best interests at heart, whether that was suggesting new neighborhoods to explore or pointing out potential issues I hadn't anticipated. There are a lot of realtors and then there are realtors. What's the difference? Well, if you are selling a home the easy answer would be money, but there is so much more. Guidance, honesty, data, resources, energy, patience, commitment, follow through AND..... of course money come to mind.

I found Imraan & team by doing my own due diligence. They were the top performers when it came to selling homes in my neighborhood -Pasadena. Through my various real estate transactions I have amassed a great deal of contacts and contacts of contacts... all who either sell homes, or know of someone who sell homes.
