Immaculate Reflections Auto Detailing

I bought a new Chevy Bolt two months ago and a friend recommended me to go see Jeff so he could apply a ceramic coating to protect it. Jeff was thorough in his explanation of the process and a prompt communicator on email, text and phone. He delivered the car on time, his work was superb and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He want far and above, not only he corrected the paint with no extra cost but he was excellent in giving me all the post coating car cleaning advise and I have adopted him as my car coach! If you are looking for a reliable detailer, don't hesitate to bring your car to him.

This is the hardest review I've ever done. I can't verbalize what exactly happened at Jeff's shop. We brought in a 1995 Porsche 911 Carerra with 100k miles and were hoping Jeff could make it shine. Jeff not only corrected the paint to a point that seemed unattainable, he did it in the most professional manner. He kept us up to speed throughout the process. In fact, every time we got a new picture of the progress it made us even more excited to see the end product. The end product exceeded expectations by far!!! Jeff is passionate about what he does. Jeff is the best at what he does. Jeff is a paint correction wizard! He also gave us a tutorial on how to wash the Porsche properly in a way that will reduce scratches in the future. Awesome experience!

I did my research and after talking to several places, I chose Jeff to have my car paint corrected and ceramic coated. I knew it was going to be good but when I picked up the car, my jaw practically hit the ground. This man is a magician! My car had a lot of damage to the clear coat (previous owner left it outside a lot, I think). The car looks absolutely stunning now. Everyone who has seen it has been blown away by Jeff's work. Can't recommend enough!

Had his team put Paint Protection Film on everything but the top and rear bump. Looks amazing and flawless.

If your concerned about chips from the terrible highways rocks, get it done! Road work is aways being done and lose rocks are everywhere.

Had a follow up appointment to review how things are settling in and Jeff really makes sure it is done right and amazes me how much care is put into the work.

Picture doesn't show how shiny and glossy it looks, you won't be disappointed.

Did a great job on my new Corvette. Both PPF and ceramic coating. Need to be patient, but the quality is worth the wait.

With today's water based clear coat, water spots and etching is more common than not. This is further induced with body shop re-sprays as their clear is even softer. Unfortunately, I had my driver's door repainted on my 2018 GMC Sierra and was gifted with a plethora of water spots. Gone are the days of a cut and polish to remove the spots, as they can actually return when the panel is heated and cooled from day to day driving and weather. One way to assure that the spots have a greater chance of not returning and to also remove the minimal amount of clear is to heat and cool the panel several times and see if the spots return. Jeff did this to my door and was able to remove the unsightly water spots. While I was there I also got my hood with factory paint wrapped in clear PPF to protect the large flat panel from more water spots. My Red 2021 Tesla Model S was delivered in December. Shortly after, I started researching ceramic coatings in order to protect that beautiful color! I drive back and forth to Sacramento weekly on the River Road and the bugs were really bugging me. I looked for a reputable shop that would do an excellent job (not a "good" job). I found recommendations on the Tesla Owners Forum, but I really didn't want to leave my car in Fremont or LA. I was looking closer to home, but couldn't find a shop with excellent reviews until I gave up on the Tesla Forum and just Googled it. I called a couple of places, trying to get an idea of services and costs and durability, but for the most part I got a product name and a price, and everyone has mixed reviews, so who do I trust?

I found Jeff at Immaculate Reflections and saw that he had nothing but 5 Star reviews...for miles and miles! Well, I think he had one 1 Star, but it was so obviously a hatchet job from someone trying to hurt him, I figured it must be from an unscrupulous competitor.

When I called Jeff to find out what types of coatings he used and the cost, I was immediately sold on his customer service and professionalism. He explained each of his coatings and was actually interested in what I wanted over what he wanted to sell me! How refreshing! He took the time to school me on the coatings and the warranties and all the important stuff. He described in detail everything he did in the process, and by the time our conversation ended I knew he was the guy to take care of my sweet car. I had to wait 2 months for my appointment, but that was ok...I was confident that I found "The Guy"! I dropped my car off on July 6th and I picked it up yesterday, July14th.

When Jeff took me back to see my car in his shop it took my breath away. Seriously. He was showing me what he had done, and pointed out some things I should know, but the whole time I was walking around gazing at my car in disbelief...it didn't look real! I just kept interrupting him in mid sentence with, "This is beautiful!!!" and "I can't believe this". "Better than I imagined!" He finally laughed and said that's the response he is going for.

I am obviously 100% happy with the result. I am attaching photos so you can see the awesome result! Jeff took photos that he will probably post on his Instagram...check it out...his photos are probably even better than mine. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny paid. I got the CQuartz Ceramic coating. Best of all, I feel like I made a new friend in Jeff. Oh, yeah! He delivered my car charged up too! Highly, Highly recommend Immaculate Reflections.

Awesome company. Had ceramic coating and paint fix done to a new flat black car. On point communication and explanation of work. Better look of paint and coat quality than it had off the lot Would highly recommend. They delivered and immaculate andsuperb quality treatment.

Took my 2017 GT-R to Immaculate Reflections in Brentwood to get all of the bottom trim pieces wrapped in a wet carbon fiber wrap. Jeff really knocked it outta the park with this one! Totally blown away with the end result! Jeff walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Now my car has a refreshed look to it. No job too small or too big for these guys. I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable. I'm definitely returning! Thanks Jeff for everything! Much appreciated brother!
