IHOP

It's a solid place to come for some quick breakfast foods. Their pancakes and waffles are always good. And there is plenty on the menu to choose from. C

Orderd online for 755am pickup but now it's 823am and I'm still waiting patiently because it's mother's day. Finally, I approached front lady and she claims the printer was jammed up and that they were working on it.   I watched so many door dashers got their orders before mine.   Come to think of this ideal, everytime when I orderd take out there is always an excessive waiting time.   Finally I got my order at 840am

First and foremost: A SHOUT OUT TO MEL! Extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient waitress. She is the reason why I have to write this review.

When me and my family were seated, she stops by within minutes and took our drinks. I wanted those splashberry drinks, but she kindly explain that they no longer carry those. I was like ok, not a problem. You know what makes it better? How the way she say it, she talks as if we were friends! That's very unusual these days...

Her excellent service have win us over. We will continue to go to this IHOP for future visits. THANKS AGAIN MEL!!!

Ordered ham and egg melt. Server brought it with the cheese still whole. Asked to put it back on the grill a bit longer. Came back in a couple of minutes.  Cheese melted and sandwich is soggy.  They put it on a microwave!!!  Ask for fruit for side and they don't have it. Crepes as hard as waffle! And it's a weekday morning.  Disappointed

Holy ish is it backed up, no matter what day. Got here on a Friday 9am and there was already a wait, phones ringing off the hook etc.

Went with the friends to this IHOP for late breakfast. This location is smallest among other IHOP in NJ area but still service is good and is mostly crowded especially on weekends.

I would definitely recommend the Belgian waffle.. crispy and very delicious.

So today i Ordered a Burger without bacon I
Ordered avocado on it they didn't put the avocado in the burger and they charged me for it. Not to mention they gave me their worse avocado they had. Nothing against IHOP i love IHOP but this place has changed my mind about IHOP. After I opened my burger with discontent because it had no avocado, i also had to take the bacon off since I ordered it without it i found a hair, everything happens for a reason.

Horrible! They set up The outdoor canopy by the trash can. They put all the food in takeout containers. Put all the utensils and condiments in brown bags. I lost my appetite when I saw 2 guys empty the trash close to the eating area. Of course the 2 guys WERE NOT wearing gloves while emptying the trash. Also flies everywhere because the trash is next to the eating area. Just gross. Not a good experience with the outdoor dining in this area. IHOP can do so much better than this. I don't recommend coming here for outdoor dining.

Breakfast for three people took over an hour. At least it tasted good, shout-out to cooks. We ordered some tenders that were made but the server NEVER took to our table when we clearly said we would have liked them as appetizers. By the time (some other server) offered to bring them over we were already done with our food... they had been ready for a while. Server was acting odd: she never engaged in eye contact, NEVER refilled our drinks, and NEVER checked on us. I'm usually very understanding but she had zero sense of urgency and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing with none of the tables. I always give the benefit of the doubt of new employees and hoping they're doing the best they can, but she wasn't even TRYING.

This was by far one of the worst breakfast that my family & I have ever had!!! And it all started with the cold bacon that was dripping grease as if it was sitting in a bucket of bacon drippings (yes I know bacon is greasy but when you can ring it out and it still be dripping it's too much!) but let's just say the only thing that was hot with our whole meal especially when you have an open view kitchen was the Hot Chocolate!! (So that mean the waitress can make something hot but the cooks can't??) The big thing that got me was that they water down the syrup to make it look like there's a lot of it in the bottle!!! That really pissed me off and when questioning about it the answer you get is "Oh sorry I guess when wiping down the bottles some water got in there" ummm no sorry but when you can clearly see the separation of syrup and water you're doing it purposely especially for it to happen in two different bottles while also ruining my pancakes in the process!! Spent $60 on a breakfast we couldn't even finish or send back because the waitress didn't even come back to the table until she was bring the check to us.
