IHOP

Nothing against our waitress but the food was the worst I've had. Salsa on omelette was old for sure. And food was burnt.
Maybe if it was one thing but when it's different plates of meals. There's definitely something wrong, especially when after you eat it you have to go to the bathroom.

Have you ever been so confident you've reviewed a place only to discover you haven't?

I was positive I published an IHOP article months ago. I stand corrected.

The folks here are always great. Not super outgoing but professional and somewhat friendly. Their accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. In three visits they've yet to get an order correct. I'm not really high maintenance, so it makes no sense. But that's a simple thing that I easily overlook.

I guess I'll never be a big fan. With the exception of a location in Carson City, Nevada, I've never had great ihop food. Most places it's been pretty bland. Sadly, they tore down the Nevada location and replaced it with a bank.

The most tolerable item in Muldoon is a cheeseburger with a pancake side. But even that took a pretty long time to reach the table. Hard to understand at 5:00 with a very empty restaurant.

But you know me, I'll be back to give them another chance. 08/23

This location always seems to have a help wanted sign hanging out front of the restaurant, yet I have always had prompt, accurate and friendly service from them. Did not seem short of help, but maybe I was just here at the right time. (11:30am)
Had the fluffy French toast combo and everything was cooked to order and great. I'm a coffee drinker,so having my own pot for refills has always been a plus to me. Lots of military frequent this location due to proximity to JBER (Thanks to all that serve to protect my freedoms).

Really sad, only almost empty ketchup on the tables and on the shelves...cook only gave 4 shrimp when menu said 5, thanks to Rob he went to the kitchen and made it right. The same for the serving of French Fries that was also small, kitchen staff said it was right size, once again Rob made it right. Rob was the saving grace for this place. Go to Red Robin's for fries and ketchup! I will next time.

dont know why but i asked for a medium steak and it was dry and fully cooked also the sandwich was very dry and was all over the place , everything in the sandwich kept falling.customer service was awesome though very nice and preety quick.

Customer service was top tier everything came out in a timely manner and food was great.

This place has its general rating for a reason, I'd post pictures of the food but we never got that far. As soon as we walked in the whole place smelled my body odor and a gym locker room. We were seated and the waitress took longer than 15 minutes to even bring out our water and ice tea even though there were 3 other customers in the whole dining area. We left shortly after that.

Restaurant wasn't busy when we walked in, took over 10 mins to get our order and drinks ordered. Waited an hour and decided to pay for drinks and leave. I can't speak on food but service was EXTREMELY slow

I got a side of fries and it wasn't even a hand full in a small bowl very unhappy

Who, in the blue fuck eat pancakes, wafflea, or french toast without syrup eh?!!! I order a doordash breakfast and i'm sitting here eat french toast, with out syrup.....never ordering from here, again. This breakfast company must be going out of business if they can't provide syrup!!!!!

This place took forever to make my food, took around 2 hours to finally get my food, but it was cold and hard when I got it. Don't recommend coming here.
