I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time now as this place deserves a quality review from a repeat customer. I'll start by saying these guys have just about anything you could ever need to grow with hydro and in soil. The owner, Eric, is awesome.. His customer service is amazing. The first time I ever went here, he hooked me up with some free nutrients and a sweet hat. He is knowledgeable, and he listens when you are explaining your needs and goals that you want to achieve in your grow setup. They stock Fox Farm Ocean soil as well which is amazing stuff for nearly every application. Anyhow, I've been here many times since my first visit, and I always leave stoked that they are located where they are. Thanks Eric! Keep it up brother.

Best spot in the valley always stocked w exactly what you need. They carry the best trimming scissor for boutique trimming. Very knowledge spot if you need guidance or help with your plants. Top quality supplies.

Kyle was incredibly helpful in the best ways. Most other shops typically try to sell you stuff you don't need, and or up sell you to whatever they're trying to push.
Kyle actually listened to what I was looking to accomplished and really had great insight that can only come from a lot of experience in the business. He let me know where I might be overspending and also offered great remedies that I didn't even think about!
No to mention they were open on a Saturday! If there was anything I needed, he either had it in stock or it was quickly available, making this a true; One Stop Shop!!

No joke - check this place out!

I was looking for a new Hydro shop in Palm Desert and these guys are by far the best!
Even though I am a woman and I was dressed up for an appointment, they didn't talk down to me as if I knew nothing about the industry, like other shops have before. They payed attention to what I had to say. They had everything I needed at more than fair prices. They even ordered items they didn't have for me quickly and Kyle M. was very attentive and called with updates for my special order. I will be spreading the word of how great this shop is. I am even driving past three other hydro stores and over an hour drive, because they have such good prices and have such magnificent customer service!

Eric is awesome! He is very kind and doesn't try to up sale you. He can get anything you need if it is not already in the store and his prices are good. Thanks Eric and Grow Shop Hydro! Joe
