I am disappointed about my experience earlier today at the hibachi in the Hy-Vee in Plymouth. When I arrived at 8:30 the gentleman who was working at the hibachi station told me "go away we're closed!"
I was taken aback by the rudeness of his comment- most definitely, he was lacking in customer service!
Although, the other areas in the deli were all open and available, the man at the hibachi station had already cleared out all of the food and was no longer serving any items. I found this quite odd as the online hours indicates that the hibachi should be open until 9 PM. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I have experienced this.
Typically I have a great experience at other Hy-Vee locations, however I am quite disappointed that this seems to be a reoccurring issue at this location.
