Is this place popular? Well, let's see... on Fridays it opens at 2, and when we got there at 2:05, it was already standing room only in the main bar area. We seated ourselves at the bar in the newer area to the left, and that area was full by 2:30. The mix was everything from business men meeting, to early happy hour meet-ups to a bachelorette party. The music was a bit too loud, but they turned it down on request. They've got darts, and I saw cornhole boards lined up against the wall for use at other times.
There's definitely something for everyone here with the beer selection. My friend prefers IPAs, and he was quite happy with his. I prefer darker ales and also enjoyed my selections, with my first being my favorite, the Tainted Senorita Mexican Stout. The prices are reasonable, they do flights (4 x 5oz.) and you can also order 5oz pours.
I saw the posts about how difficult it was to find the place, but I did see signs up pointing out the route to get there. I don't know how new these are, but they were adequate for us to find it, and we were also grateful for signs reserving parking spaces for the brewery.
I've got nothing against Warren St. in Hudson, and I do like visiting the businesses there. But this definitely feels like the place to go when you want to get away from Warren St. for a while.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Apr 22, 20241 check-in
It's located in the industrial complex that houses the Antique Warehouse and is rustic and interesting, with dual outdoor patios and picnic tables, and a large indoor seating area and bar.
The food served from their food truck is solid, with a tasty grilled chicken sandwich. Fries are average. Dark ale is very good.
Not on the same level as Union Brewery but a good dog friendly stopHelpful 3Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kevin M.Hudson, NY934Mar 30, 2024
I go to this brewery all the time but always for drinks only. Tonight we went with a small group of people and they had already eaten but I didn't. I ordered two orders of boneless bites. When I picked them up the chef said "sorry this was the last order and this was all I had left." It legitimately had maybe 6 pieces of pinky nail sized "bites" in 2 orders. Super disappointed i spent $30 and got "sorry this is all I had left" and was given an absolute joke sized portion. Honestly should have just said they ran out and refunded me. I even said "you're joking right?" when he handed it to me. And he said no he had to scrape the bottom of the fryer just to get what he gave me. Really rubbed me the wrong way. My group was literally laughing at the portion size, with my best friend saying "no way they gave that to you." Guess I'll stick to other local breweries.

Ok so it's in a funky spot and at first my friend thought we were taking her to this big looking warehouse to end her but after you turn the corner, you see the brewery!
Fabulous beer selection that can appeal to many, vast interior space that has expanded, seats outside and a food truck. We had the sours and they were absolutely amazing!! One tasted like cherry syrup and the other like orange Hi-C.
We also had chicken bites and tortellini salad off the food truck which were affordable, hella tasty and a decent portion. Will be returning when I hit the area up again for thriftingHelpful 8Thanks 2Love this 8Oh no 0 - Trot F.Montgomery, NJ125017Jan 28, 2024
Service is good but my god the beer is so bad it hurt my stomach. Got a flight, each beer was hardly drinkable.

A rustic feel, plenty of seating, above average beer, and truck parts on the ceiling. That pretty much sums up this cool, hard to find brewery on the outskirts of Hudson. It makes a great stop as you are about to head back to your Air BnB.
The beer was affordable, $16-$20 for a take home four pack, about $7 a full pour, or $12 for a generous flight. The dark stuff (stout and porter) were both good, the pale ale was clean, but the IPA lacked depth. Still, I would recommend coming here for the atmosphere and dark beers, as the place has a very good vibe. The service was good...and Also, really clean bathroom!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Jul 4, 2022
Tasty local craft beer in a fun space. There was a live band on a recent Saturday night. Patrons packed the inside and spilled out onto the tables in front. A food truck operation saw burgers and dogs grilled before your eyes.
The beer is tasty; I've sampled a number of their offerings and found it to all be palatable and enjoyable. Cocktails are also available if beer's not your thing. I even saw some people drinking water.
The crowd seems to comprise a good mix of locals and visitors. Service is attentive and the restrooms nice and clean. Whenever I'm in Hudson, it feels good to come by for a couple pints.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - Mike P.Erial, Erial, NJ14720Oct 21, 2023
Don't know about the beer but the service is terrible. On vacation in the area for a few days and was looking for something to do on a rainy day. Sat at the bar area and was ignored by the blond bartender. She waited on people to the left and right of us but just ignored us. We weren't sure why, did we sit somewhere we weren't supposed, do they not like strangers, we just didn't know. We finally got up and left to give our business to someone else. Went to Subversive where they were super friendly and had some good beers and food.

Large brewery off the beaten path in Hudson with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of available space on a Saturday late afternoon. Had to wait for a little bit while the waitress was free to get us seated as we scanned the table bar code for the menu.
Free bagged chips to start (you don't get to pick) as you look through the draft list. All pints are $8 while a flight of four is $12, settling on both the "Widow's Walk" IPA and "NY Justus" IPA. Each offering a strong flavor profile without overdoing the hops. For food, there is a truck parked outside doling tacos, fries, and the like - they even deliver to your table instead of having to wait outside. Ambiance inside is nice, as they allow dogs and people alike, with TVs around in order to catch up on a game.
When we first came in, there were only 2 waitresses to service the around 50 people in the establishment. Thankfully another worker showed up to shoulder the workload as even more people arrived. If not too busy of a day, good option for brews in the neighborhood.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
