As I look over my very old reviews I feel this one needs updating.

The Hub has fixed a lot of these issues over the years. They're no longer a stuffy establishment meant to make you feel like you don't care enough about coffee to enter the building. They're friendly and accommodating.

You're still going to find a somewhat high brow array of beverages, and offerings. They offer every drink in a single size. There are limited options when it comes to sweeteners and flavors. But they've softened their hard edges over the years.

The staff is friendly and the vibes on riverside drive are solid for an afternoon walk or to sit and chat.

Always a great to go cup of coffee. The service is friendly and quick.

This is our favorite spot to get a cup and walk along the river or right before the farmers market. It's in the cutest area with the brick architectural details.

The staff is always so friendly and they make sure to acknowledge customers when there is a line. They never write anything down, the baristas can take 3 orders at a time.

After our gift buying stop at Dorinda's Chocolates (next door), Gayle and I both agreed that some coffee for our drive home was in order. But first, we paused to enjoy this part of a pretty and leafy Riverside neighborhood within what I would call the Beaujolais Bistro enclave.

Great ambiance, friendly counter staff, and excellent coffee! Our only regret is not taking more time to hang out both inside and outside. But I'm sure we'll be back.

Tucked in right by the Truckee River, this cafe is such a Reno gem. Perfect mix of outdoor air and freshly roasted beans, this place is such a breath of fresh air. Staff is as welcoming as ever and love to get to know about your day and your plans! I love the friendly atmosphere and clean decor, which gives this place so much energy and life. Lots of seating options outside and good seating placements in the back, upstairs-loftish. I love the bar seating arrangement, where you have a direct view of cafe activities and customer interactions. You're no longer sitting in a cafe but you're a passenger on the journey, with a window into a moment of the lives of other people. I can't wait to come back!

Great location on my walk with my fur baby from downtown to idlewild park. Located right off the riverwalk with big spacious outdoor seating that you can chill after a walk or meeting up with friends. I believe they have few tables indoor as well, unfortunately only serviced dogs are allowed inside which is understandable but they do have water bowls for you dog at the front. Quite busy on the weekends.
I ordered a nitro cold brew. It's alright, nothing special. Maybe next time I will try their lavender chai.

The staff was friendly and great location with outdoor seating. It's next to the Truckee River so it's a nice walk after with the dog. The Vanilla Latte was good but it wasn't hot enough.

My wife and I consumed a Mocha, a latte and two Monte Cristo sandwiches. However, we had the unfortunate surprise that the store does not have a changing table in the bathroom. So, I tried to change my baby's diaper at one of the tables outside and an aggressive and arrogant manager came to tell me that I couldn't change the diaper there. I went into the store and asked where I should change the child, since there is no changing table in the bathroom. What I heard in an aggressive tone was that I shouldn't change my child's clothes at the establishment. It is a cafe that is not child-friendly and with an employee who is very aggressive in communication.

Get yourself your favorite beverage and head for a lovely walk along the river walk of the Truckee River.

I always get and oat milk latte because it's the perfect blend.

The baristas are just lovely to chat with. This is not a hurry up grab n go kinda place.

Take your time, stop and smell the coffee!

When I crave a great cup of coffee or latte, Hub is usually at the top of my list of coffee spots to hit up. You can taste the quality and love as soon as you take your first sip. It also helps that the Baristas are always in a great mood, so I'm certain their good vibes are poured into each cup.
And now that they have several locations throughout the city, I couldn't be happier.

Best coffee spot! It's right on the river so super easy to get your coffee and walk the river. I always get the matcha latte and it is amazing!

If you're lactose free, they have oat milk too!
