Hub Cap City

This is a pretty good place to get a replacement hub cap. The owner there was super nice and friendly. They have plenty of inventory there and it was not too busy in the morning. The owner offered two different options either a new one or a used one. The owner came out and compared the cap to the rest of your hub caps to make sure it matches. Also installed it for us. Overall a great experience, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend coming here.

Lost one of my hubcaps mysteriously on my way home one day and didn't think it was worth it spending so much for original ones at the dealership (I have an old car). I went here and the owner was super friendly and helpful and even had multiple options to chose from.

Super nice guy who runs the place. He really knows about customer service. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who realizes how important customers are to a business. I wanted to just replace one broken hubcap and maybe another one that was pretty scratched up and ended up leaving with four brand new ones which make my car look so good. I was very pleased with the great customer service and I love the wheel coverings that I have now. Completely upgraded the look of my car. I definitely recommend patronizing this business.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time. Sean helped me just before the store closed. My Yaris' hub cap had fallen off, and I had purchased a cheap replacement in the meantime. Concerned they would fall of when driving over the hill, I found Hub City on Facebook. Despite the fact that I called the shop right before closing, Sean helped me. He put two sets of hub caps on the car until I decided on one- I should mention that these are Toyota replicas that look look like the real thing.They've been on for a little over two months and are still going strong. I highly recommend.

my truck is a 1999 f150. Had Big O Tires put new tires on. When got home(just 4 miles) I had lost one hubcap and a second was barely hanging on. The replacements they suggested I get(they refused to do the leg work)did not fit my lug nuts. Ford dealer discontinued yrs ago, Gino's had nothing, Winchester auto had none that fit--was ready to give up when I was turned onto Hubcap City. Next day drove to SJ from SANTA CRUZ-he not only had one-he had 4ea brand new OEMS with the original attachments on the back -and even put them on himself-at a very reasonable price! Can't say enough good about him and his business. If you need hubcaps this is the must go to place!

They had what I was looking for...BUT since my other hub caps were in bad shape and the clips were old and damaged, I ended up getting all 4 brand new!! The price point was excellent and the service was great. Customer service was exactly like what everyone else was raving about!!
