FIRST COME FIRST SERVE IS A LIE! Yesterday morning, my daughter went today to get her the strawberry squish mellow cow, and of course they were people in line at 7:30, BUT SUPPOSEDLY there is no holding places in line BUT apparently today you can. TODAY someone cut all the other kids because an older gentleman that was first in line was holding a place in line for his friend. He cut ahead of everyone else (NOT OKAY) literally kids. BUT when staff was informed ... they DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. Maybe if you get a product that you know people are going to be there waiting and you set boundaries ... someone should be there ESPECIALLY if there is only 4 and you can buy two . So needless to say the two old men bought them all (4) and taunted the teenagers while in line when they told the gentlemen you can't hold a spot and cut. Great job! ZERO STARS. Accountability would be nice. Holding a higher standard and having customers be aware you have some. Maybe care and show those cheating won't get you anything ... GREAT JOB. Hold people accountable. The tears in the kid all the teens eyes was a good touch! Bravo

place is alright but 95% of the body jewelry is horrible. Customer service was pretty bad. girl keeped making excuses when I went in to see if I could return some plugs i purchased about 3 weeks back. blah blah blah..
