Hot H20 Powerwashing

New deck! Not really, it just looks that way. Our deck is 100% plastic lumber, a very light color, and between the mature trees and the birds/critters who eat seed and peanuts and drink water on it, it gets really dirty. (The last person who pressure washed swore a chemical he wanted to use was safe. But the MSDS said not to use near ponds/lakes, etc. We live on a lake.)

The hot water is the game changer - one swipe and an incredible amount of the dirt and strain and grime was gone, and Greg went over it as needed. He also did a picnic table and metal entry roof at no extra charge though we insisted on paying more.

He'll be back to do our cedar siding and gutters. With the hot water and Greg's care, we are confident it will be done gently without raising the wood grain. Will add to the review after it's done.

Incredible job - our house looks brand new. We had some really funky spider webs covering various areas of our home (near the night-lit areas); they were even more obvious given that the webs had snagged a ton of those tiny little leaves over the Fall / Winter - a year's worth, and even more obvious against the white vinyl siding - it was driving my wife crazy. Greg showed up right on time, and knocked it out in a few hours, but I give Hot H20 10/10 stars. They really went above and beyond - all the way down to removing the wreath from the front door and laying it down on some cardboard, out of the way, to protect it from getting wet or picking up any dirt from the driveway. ; I really wasn't sure what to expect, but after a walk-around, I honestly could not be happier. Highest of recommendations and we'll be back!!

It's refreshing to find a company that not only says they care, but then ACTUALLY care. We needed gentle cleaning on soffits and gutters at a townhome that's not easy to get to. Greg and team were able to work with me to get close enough to the house to do the work. He arrived promptly, assessed the area and got busy. Now, understand... this was a small job. Greg not only cleaned what we'd originally agreed to, but proceeded to also clean a small porch and glass table. Why? Because he cares about what he does. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Greg is EXCEPTIONAL! He came out for a very small job of cleaning very greasy residential kitchen hood baffles. Greg took the time and effort to get them looking great. They got some stubborn green mold off our siding that a previous powerwashing had failed to remove. Overall I was pleased with the experience.

H2O responded right away to my request for a quote. I just had to send my address and they looked us up on google earth. The quote was very reasonable and the communication was great. We had our deck, patio, and back of the house washed. All have never looked so good. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks for the great job.

We needed to have our stucco house power washed before having the chimney repaired/re-stuccoed. Greg arrived as planned, and spent nearly 5 hours working on our house. He is a perfectionist, and was unhappy with the first 2-3 times he went around the house.
