I came here because of one of my good coworkers suggested this place. Chris and Cal were very informative and were happy to answer any of my questions I had. I had a lot of questions due to the confusion I had in regard to the process of things. I took my car in and had it ready in about 2 weeks! Very fast compared to what I've seen online about how others who had the same issues with my car didn't receive their car in months. They handled everything with my insurance and made sure everything was squared away. Will definitely come back if anything! Thank you guys for your wonderful service.

As a true car enthusiast Horns Collision Center is my go to shop since day one! Customer service in on point, body work/ paint matching is astonishing, and their mechanical work is amazing! I've sent my cars there for basic maintenance, performance upgrades, or body work ( minor or major)! I've never been disappointed! Going there is like going to your favorite restaurant to get your favorite dish, it's consistent! I hardly leave reviews, but this one was overdue!

HERES THE TRUTH. not an avid yelper but i wanna give credit where credit is due. I don't own a fancy sports car with a fancy paint job no, I have.a 2003 Honda minivan with peeling paint. Even so, the guys at horns collision center treated it like a ferrari. It took about 6 weeks to complete a full respray, but everything was DONE RIGHT. No macco or earl shielb here, this is an actual body shop that takes time and pride in their work. They took most of the car apart instead of just masking things off. no overspray on mufflers/grills/or tires. Paint quality, color, consistency is on par with factory paint. to top everything off, they even restored my faded headlights. If you're looking for an actual body shop that provides excellent service and products, give these guys a call.

Regret taking my car here to have anything done. Chipped my door paint and couldn't even do the job requested. Ruined my door locking/unlocking system. Took weeks just to tell me they can't even do the project. Paint mismatched. Pain in the ass.

Yeudy aka Jody and his team have gained themselves a life-time customer. I recently had to bring my 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport here for a front bumper repair. Sadly, the vehicle next to me hit debris on the freeway & that debris cracked my bumper.

This situation for me was new and incredibly stressful, but Yeudy helped me feel confident he would take care of my baby errr I mean car...haha
Well, he did not disappoint. The car looks beautiful, just like he promised it would. I'm incredibly grateful for his communication about the progress of the vehicle and his communication with my insurance. Knowing everything was being handled helped put me at ease.

Man, if this isn't five star service, idk what is. I'm absolutely satisfied with their service, professionalism, quality of work, and reliability. I've brought my Tesla Model Y because a mobile service company messed up the paint job. (Hint: don't use mobile services for big jobs such as painting, for your own peace of mind, just go to a reliable body shop). They had to paint the lower bumper and driver side door. My car had a clear bra so they also had to remove that too. Dropped the car off Monday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon. Patrick was such a sweet guy, gave me some fruits while waiting and beef jerky! Plus a free T-shirt. Do you know any other company that does? Yeah, I didn't think so either. Thank you Horn family!

I wish I could give 10 stars, even 100!!! Patrick and his staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They really made me feel like I was part of the family. I went in because a neighbor had accidentally hit my car while it was parked. I had paint transfer, two dents and a dented signal light. I was freaking out because my baby/car is new and this is the last thing I need to be happening in my life right now right? The economy is failing, it costs $100 to buy groceries, gas is $6, etc etc. Anyways, the point is I'm stressed tf out!

Patrick and his staff made this whole process seamless! His front desk secretary is super sweet. I had gone to 5 different other spots to get quotes, and his price was competitive to other places as well ($2000 being the highest, $1300 being the lowest). But what made me choose his shop was his friendliness, professionalism, and overall family owned vibe. I had a great conversation about our shared background, travelling, work, family, etc. He's super easy to talk to and plus his family has been in the vehicle repair business for almost 50 years! So they know what they're doing obviously. My car was in the shop for a week, and before I knew it, it was finished. It is like freaking brand new, the paint looks amazing, and on top of that, they cleaned inside and out of my car (which honestly was needed, but they didn't have to). Also a big plus is that the shop works with Enterprise Rental so instead of having to drive my rental back to Enterprise, I could leave it at the shop and hop right back into my car!

I really appreciated everything about Patrick and his family. They made a stressful process that much easier for me. Hopefully I don't need any more body repair, but if you need a good place in Long Beach, Horn's is DEFINITELY the place!

I got to work with Calvin, the son of the owner of Horns collision. He was friendly and quick with getting me a quote. We stayed in touch via email, phone etc - overall very great communication. I got my Audi repainted all within one week. It was done a couple days past the estimated time but it's okay because I knows things come up. I appreciate their professionalism and the quality of their work was superb. Thanks guys!

Came here after being rear ended over the holidays! Patrick was so helpful and took care of me instantly. Dropped my car off Wednesday and it was ready the following Saturday looking brand new! They also detailed and painted over some scratches I had unrelated to the accident.
