Honey B's Eatery

This is a tiny, cozy restaurant in Frankenmuth that was recommended to me for breakfast. It's really cute inside, and the people who work here are very friendly and efficient (always a good combination).

Because it's so tiny and cozy, you might encounter a wait for a table. There are only so many tables to go around! We were a party of four, and we visited on a Saturday morning, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. No biggie. There are lots of shops to browse on Main Street, so we killed time by shopping at some of them.

Honey B's menu has vegan items on it! Which is cool because it can sometimes be difficult to find a vegan breakfast. I didn't order vegan, but instead ordered the chorizo + Brussels hash, which was an interesting combination of seasoned potatoes, chorizo, Brussels sprouts, shallots and green onion topped with a fried egg. When you walk into Honey B's, you'll probably smell cumin ... and it's because they use it generously in their hash. We also got the quinoa and cauliflower hash, which had a similar taste of cumin. I like cumin, though, so it was a welcome taste.

My children ordered the pancakes, which come dusted with powdered sugar, and the biscuits and honey. The biscuits are so tasty that they don't need the honey! But, of course, the honey sends them over the top.

The coffee here is great. It's always nice to sit down at a restaurant and drink a great cup of coffee first thing.

Their Bloody Mary is fantastic!

We ordered the Bayou Bowl (alligator tail) and the Wild Game Bowl with Rabbit Sausage. Both were epic-delicious and seasoned like we were in Louisiana. Truly good food and worth your consideration when you're visiting Main Street Frankenmuth.

It's always good to find a restaurant that has gluten free options! I absolutely love the gluten free pancakes they are so delicious & they definitely complement the bacon & fresh fruit! If you go with friends or just to treat yourself to breakfast the service is top tier! Plus I love the atmosphere so incredibly warm & inviting also I highly recommend the mimosas the different flavor choices make it all the more better

The food was worth the wait. They seemed down on staff but still crushed our experience with dining. We sat out on the patio outside and we're able to watch the foot traffic of tourists visiting Frankenmuth. We ordered Vegan pancakes (full stack), vegan Biscuits and gravy and Honey's Hash with the vegan crumble. All were delicious, great portions and worth the wait. Great brunch booze selection as well.

Saturday morning breakfast was delicious in this quaint uptown Frankenmuth restaurant. We were seated upon arrival. If you have to wait, wait. Worth the wait. After breakfast, I enjoyed a second cup of coffee on their outside deck. We'll be back before we leave Frankenmuth.

We got super lucky to only have to wait about ten minutes for a table. Small restaurant but great atmosphere. Staff was prompt and friendly, food was incredible and the Bloody Mary was made to perfection. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Farm to table delectable meal! Eggs yolks were orange, true sign of the farm fresh!! Whole family enjoyed this breakfast/brunch. Service extra friendly- plan a bit of a wait, but it's worth it!! Very cozy atmosphere! Billy BowlFrench Toast

Service was impeccable. The cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious! The potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

A small compact restaurant with a cozy ambiance and good food! The service was great!

If I could give them 100 stars I would! I didn't get any pictures because the food was so good!! Definitely one of the best places I have been in a long time!! Service was amazing and on point. Ambiance is a cute little old house that they made it into a "bee hive". I would highly recommend this place. Only thing is they are only open thur-Sunday 7:30a-1p.
