Alemu and Nieves were the best sales associates I've ever encountered! They went above and beyond to assist me with exactly what I was looking for with efficiency and enthusiasm, ensuring that I left the store completely satisfied. They made my shopping experience extremely positive! I found exactly what I needed.

The young guys tonight working the evening shift deserve 10 stars. I didn't catch their names but ALL of them were so helpful and friendly. I was super impressed with their customer service. Thank you!!!

Pros:
*enforces masks and limits number of shoppers that can go inside
*free water for waiting customers outside and door greeter
*nice customer service
*directional signs on the floor
*lots of the basics you need for great prices
Cons:
*Store inventory is not as good as Marshall's. More things in the home category (say, 3-4 aisles of pillows) but not as many categories...not many hair products, really, for example.
*No indoor plant pots
*Confusing departments right now, but I think just due to reopening and covid.
I will be back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Boo R.Seattle, WA0120Jul 22, 2020
I was SHOCKED when I saw the merchandise here...it is tacky and is exactly the same junk that ROSS carries.
I follow accounts on IG who post their Homegoods hauls and they are amazing. I was so excited to come here: it was my first outing since Covid hit, I had a wallet full of money to spend, super high hopes, and left empty handed.
The buyers here really need to get out of the early 2000s with the micro-fleece throws, bedazzled cake stands, hand painted wine glasses, and yard "art" made from old car parts (it is probably still there in clearance). The only positive thing the stock did was make us laugh. You are surrounded by neighborhoods that have plenty of disposable income-why not cater to those households? Your current inventory can be found up and down the discount stores on Aurora Ave.
Maybe the Issaquah location is better? Sure can not be worse...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lisa K.San Francisco, CA0180Nov 29, 2019First to Review
I was surprised by how much parking there was out front. It has a relatively large parking lot. I'd say it's a pretty solid Homegoods. It's clean and has a good variety of products. It's not the biggest one I've been to but it's still a reasonable size given it's in a metropolitan city.
