I've been to a lot of HomeGoods since I love home decor. Event planning and interior design are some of my passions so I basically live inside of the store as I'm there every other week. This location is definitely one of the best for furniture. I find that they frequently re stock with new items which makes the hunt for items more fun. Staff seem to work hard, making sure the shelves are organized and clean. Unlike other locations, this one rarely has a long line. It may not seem like much being in an older shopping center/strip in Ashburn but it's worth a try.

This location CLOSED permanently. They opened a new location in Leesburg, VA. There are two other close by locations, as well, one is in Sterling, VA and the other in Dulles, VA.

Better than Swedish junk store. So prefer to buy stuff that doesn't explode after a few months. Bought some baskets for repurposed china cabinet. Nice selection and store staff helpful to look for back stock and get me measuring tape that they have for customers. Good value and quality.

Great store but check out sucks. Bought goods and 2 of us were in line while 1 cashier was busy chatting after a sale with someone she knew even though there was a line and the other just stood around without calling until later.

Ok I didn't realize its been a few years since I've reviewed this place, and true to form I didn't come back for a while after a previously dreadful experience.

This time was slightly better, now granted some things are still the same which is the painfully slow check out lines, I mean I felt like I'd get quicker service at the post office than here. But at least the staff was nicer when I checked out hence I'm bumping this place up to three stars.

I came with a specific mission to look for a bench to go in front of our bed as my husband wanted a spot to put the extra pillow from the bed there. After a bit of looking I did find a great bench that wasn't too unreasonably priced and the décor was simple and would totally work for the room too. I also ended up buying a few extra items for the bathrooms too (for mine and our guest bath). Thankfully I restrained myself from looking around and buying more stuff, and I'm glad too I didn't bring the hubby otherwise I have a feeling we would have been there for hours.

Good collections, good price but all salted due to the staff. Inefficient and rude. Visibly there was no storage of staff but attitude to work was missing.

The best store for all your home needs! Wonderful trendy furniture, home decor, dishwares,linens, mirrors, pictures to decorate and furnish your home!
Great store to also buy gifts. I can spend hours in here and everyday more new items arrive. A must shop store for a new home buyer!!

Kudo's and thank you's to Ross, a store mgr here, for tracking down the 5th & 6th DR chairs to complete our coveted set. 5-star customer service at its best. Keep it up!

Arrived at the store at 9:30 a.m. to run in and grab some bedding items. Had a shopping cart full of items probably totaling more that $200. Waited in line for 10 minutes, with 1 cash register opened and up to 3 people standing around the cash register helping one customer. The manager was stocking the shelves, looked at me 3 times with no action. When I approached them and mentioned that I am leaving after standing in line for 10 minutes, there was no response other than "ok." I will spend my $ elsewhere where there is attention to customer service and more than 1 register open.

I'm able to find some good things at Homegoods occasionally, but things are pretty unorganized and staff isn't very accessible.
