This is my second time working with Christos from HomeDax and both experiences have been fantastic! He first helped us find a tenant for our condo, handling all the formalities in the process, including the move in and out inspections. He even got us rent (multiple offers) above our ask. He then helped us sell the condo, again helping negotiate a great price and managing all related formalities, which was super helpful since we lived 3+ hours away. He also showed great composure and patience dealing with some difficult situations during the process. He's very open & clear in his communication, and very knowledgeable about the market & easy to work with. I would work again with Christos without hesitation!

Mohammed did a great job as our agent. It wasn't perfect, but since we were not physically present in NYC, his help with our former tenants, and our moving folks, and also building management, was invaluable. He truly went above and beyond.

HomeDax as a service- you kinda get what you pay for... But in NYC, for most transactions, it's probably plenty. I'd use them again. Certainly a money saving option... and the result will likely be the exact same if you paid more.

Adam did a great job assisting us with the sale of our co-op apartment. He held weekly open houses for a month to drive traffic and demand for the apartment, all of which resulted in a successful offer and sale. Excellent responsiveness. Through his brokerage firm, Adam also offered us very favorable commission terms, saving us thousands of dollars in closing costs.
