This place is absolutely amazing.... Everyone in the office is kind, fun, happy, etc. I received Invisalign from them and could not be happier. For someone who had a smile they did not like from age 14-35/36 they saved me. My smile is so beautiful and I have learned to love all of their staff as family. I still to this day get compliments on my smile they gave me. When complete strangers tell you "I spent my working life in the dental field and wherever you went to did an amazing job" I just smile from ear to ear and the flood of emotions come right back to the surface. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and if you're reading this I am a real person who was in no way asked to post or compensated for this posting. I got referred to Holt Orthodontics by my dentist and I must say the service here is absolutely amazing from the minute you step in. Never had to wait as soon as I'd check in I'd be seen right away .Every staff member here is so kind and friendly.
I just got my Invisalign started by Pam ! Sweetest lady ! Loved how through out the whole process she was explaining why/what she was doing answering every question I had .

Let's just start off with... I'm sure anyone who goes to their dentist is on edge. This was my first time at an orthodontist. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed. The environment of the office is fun. You almost forget that you're there for an exam or whatever you're there for. I checked in on an iPad and noticed they have a point system where you can earn gift cards to major retailers. I was greeted by Amy and she made me feel so comfortable. She knew I felt very anxious as she was giving me the tour of the office. I was then brought in the back to get a model of my teeth. The process was absolutely painless. I was then taken in by Maddie, who went through the entire process of Invisalign. I never had braces before and was worried about my wisdom teeth coming out. She assured me everything would be fine. She gave me a timeline. She gave me a breakdown of the pricing. I felt like the entire team was transparent with the entire process, including my budget. Dr. Holt was also very informative. I honestly didn't feel like I was at a dentist appointment. I can tell Dr. Holt treats his entire staff with respect and treats them like family. I am very pleased to have Dr. Holt's team behind my future bright smile. Still anxious about the Invisalign process but excited to have an A plus team guiding me.

I originally came to Dr. Holt as a young teen and over the years the teeth moved. Today I'm here to get Invisalign to move them back! So glad that Dr. Holt is still around and his son joined the team. My son is just a toddler, so I hope they're still around for when my little guy is ready for braces!

I love coming here they are always super nice to everyone and I know every time I come here I'm safe. They always are supper sweet even if I'm crying. I get nervous that I will be in pain and they take their time to explain what they will be doing and give me time to calm down. They are amazing and my smile is Amazing. Thank you Holt Orthodontics!

Holt Orthodontics is magical. How is it possible to have every person that works in one office, not only be professional, but super nice?? This is THAT place. I have never, and yes, I mean never been to one office that is consistently nice, happy, and willing to help the patient. It all starts with the pre-meeting. Sam who coordinates patient payments, and so much more, is nothing less than amazing. She knows her stuff, and goes above and beyond to make sure that your payment structure works for you.

The back office staff is just as wonderful as the front desk staff. They are all very welcoming, and no seldom is a word that they utter. You walk in feeling happy to be there, and leave, wishing that your appointment was sooner, rather than later. I know, thats crazy talk, but its true!

There are three office around the greater Sacramento area, and I think what makes Holt Orthodontics so great, is not only Dr. Holt & Dr. Annello, but the traveling staff. Say what?! The entire staff moves from office to office, so you see the same great people, the same great doctors, and always receive the same great service, over and over again. Truly a genius business plan.

All of the office are decorated with a sports theme, and its kinda cool to sit in a bleacher seat while waiting for your appointment. They rarely run behind, so you can pretty much bank on getting in and out, should you have other appointments that you're trying to get to. While you're waiting, they offer free coffee, hot chocolate, and you'll even find a plate of cookies!

During each visit, your child is taken back, and if you'd like, parents are welcome to go sit and watch during the visit. I would encourage parents to go, because its the perfect opportunity to make sure your kid is fessing up to his/her dental routine. Kids earn points for checking themselves in, brushing before the visit (they provide toothbrushes and toothpaste) and wearing their Holt T-Shirt. The points can be cashed in for starbucks cards and a variety of other cool things. I like that they dont offer those cheap throw away toys that are commonly found in a regular dental office.

The office isnt just for kids, Holt welcomes, and has a large adult ortho clientele. They are truly THAT good. They dont just offer the traditional metal braces, but will offer options that work best for your teeth.

If a client ever has questions after they've left the office, they welcome phone calls! They will even send you the rubber bands that your braces may need should you not be near the office, and run out of them Truly excellent customer service.

Holt Orthodontics is THE BEST orthodontist in the Sacramento area. If you or any family member has a need for braces, this should be your first place that you go to. The first visit is even free! All you have to gain is a beautiful smile by going!

Our oldest child had traditional braces, but our youngest one wanted to give Invisalign a try. We were referred to Dr. Holt from a family member who worked in the industry and had his own family go to Dr. Holt for Invisalign. From the initial evaluation appt to the last celebrating his completing his treatment, our experience has been fabulous! Everyone in the office, staff and doctors alike, are very kind and accommodating. The process with Invisalign was very smooth and went considerably faster than we anticipated! Wonderful experience and HIGHLY recommend!!!
