This was definitely the best dental experience I have ever had!! Rachel, the hygenist is charming funny gentle and extremely thorough.

The dentist has wonderful chair side manners and is very patient & professional.

Last but certainly not least the front office staff is friendly, thorough & professional.

I hate to say it but I wish I had more dental problems so I could visit them more often!!

The best dental experience I've had. Dr Cap was great, his assistant Yeva was great, and the manager Dalton was also great. They were very nice & accommodating to what I wanted done, also very informative on what would be done and how much it was going to cost. I highly recommend this office!!

I have been a patient for years and have always found Dr Greaves to be an excellent dentist. Unfortunately his practice has been acquired by Abundant Dental. I had an appt in 2020 and although they adhered to Covid protocols, the dental hygienist was not thorough. She didn't do a a good job with removing tartar and also forgot the flossing step. I think she was much more interested in upselling - fluoride, new electronic toothbrush and other unnecessary services. After 19 years, I am not going back and will find a new dentist.

I had 2 implant crowns placed less than 2 years ago. The crowns fell off 2 day apart. I was not eating anything that would provoke this. I had a number of crowns placed in the past and never had this problem. This led me to believe that there was a problem with the process or the procedure.
Dr. Greaves was out of town. I was required to travel 20 miles 2 days apart to have the repairs. The repairing office sent me a bill for $50. I contacted Dr. Greaves to protest the charge. Dr Greaves personally said"it happens" and refused to pay.
I have been a patient of Dr. Greaves for years. I have always paid cash at the time of service. I expected more accountability and respect from him. I was told that his private practice is merging with another entity. Possibly his personal reputation and name is no longer as important as it has been in the past. I am very sorry and disappointed. I won't be patronizing Dr. Greaves or any practice he is associated with in the future.

I like how they text you a reminder near your next appointment. I think it's way easier and quicker than a phone call. I feel like their equipment is newer (I'm no expert but it seems new). I love the hygienist there her name is Melanie she is a wonderful lady and such a positive person. Same goes for Jesse (the dentist) and all of the staff, very friendly.

I moved across town and had to find a new destist. I did a lot of research to make sure I found a good one, and I did! I really like Dr. Greaves and all his staff. I have gotten a couple fillings from him and he does a great job.Plus he is so nice. I have never had a dentist or doctor actually chat with me. It's a really beautiful office too with massaging chairs and tv's on the ceiling.
