Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles Intl Airport

Spent 4 days at this Holiday inn, super good service from everyone!! I would definitely stay here again! Every staff member was super friendly and very helpful!

This is a no frills, comfortable space to lay your head. I noticed they no longer give you those amenities in the bathroom counter. So bring your own.

I'm going to start here and work my way up to corporate. The shuttle service is worst than awful. They don't keep the advertised schedule of every 30 minutes on the 45 and 15 of the hour. I waited over an hour for Amid on a cold and rainy night on December 17. Other hotel shuttles ran 2 times in the time it took holiday inn took to make 1 cycle to the hotel and back. It's less than 4 miles, you guys. They drive recklessly to boot.

I stay in multiple Dulles area hotels for work. This one is my favorite. Comfiest beds, predictable shuttle at 15 and 45 past the hour and friendly staff. Pizza from the restaurant was great

honestly such a BAD hotel. It was to the point where i found a dead spider on the wall in the bathroom, The towel holder fell on my foot. There was also NO hot water some mornings. The air conditioning didn't work, So it was hot and muggy for the whole night. The bar attached to the hotel was absolutely terrible, The Service was slow, The food made my stomach hurt. We waited for about 1 1/2 hour for our food for it to be wrong. The hotel itself was dry and smelt musty, I don't recommend

The rooms are decent the restaurant is decent. Would stay here again. Not to happy that being an Elite member I couldn't have a 2pm check out. There is no excuse being an airport hotel not to have that accommodation for people that have an afternoon flight.

I am a huge Holiday Inn fan and this one ranks right up there for comfort and friendly staff. As I was coming in from a long international flight, I was happy that my room was ready and clean. The room had all of the amenities I needed for my quick stay between flights and then some. Bright light alarm clock, mini fridge, good sized bathroom with plenty of towels.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the channel selection was great. Everyone at the front desk I came in contact with was super friendly and made me feel at home even though I was over a 1000 miles away.

The hotel is outdated and the floors in my room were sticky. Good thing I have slippers. The shuttle to and from the airport only runs every 30 minutes and because of that the shuttle is always full. If you don't get there on time you may have to wait for another 30 minutes for the next one because they will have no room for you.

The restaurant is a joke. The food are basically frozen dinners. You'll get better service by using uber eats. There's plenty of choices because there's a foods choices in restaurants though they are not walking distance since the hotel is right next to the freeway.

If tv is really old with a very bad picture, blurry and very small.
I hope I don't ever have to stay in this hotel again. If you have a choice, please do not stay here. There's other hotels in the area with the same price but much better.

I have spent dozens of nights at the Sterling Holiday Inn.

Let's be honest, it's a Holiday Inn, so expectations must be set appropriately.

Rooms have been updated, check in is quick and efficient, O'malleys is an a great restaurant with great service from Chi and Mario.

It is always clean and comfortable.

3.7 stars - we had a 6am flight so we decided To stay here for the night. We loved the complementary shuttle from and to the airport .. We took the 4:30 am shuttle and got to the airport by 4:40 am!!

There's a restaurant onsite! And don't forget to bring a swimsuit- the pool is warm, and there was a life guard on site!
