I'd leave zero stars if I could!

I bought a Cross RC BC8 Mammoth from them in October, I put it together and drove it once. The transmission is faulty and still under warranty. I reached out to Hobbytown to get this resolved. I started reaching out at the beginning of January to get this taken care of, I was ignored despite answering their questions.

Bob has not been helpful at all and has completely driven me away from supporting this brand. He left such a bad taste, the absolute worst experience I have had in this industry. He refuses to help, is very short with responses, won't actually tell me what I need to do and has been all around horrible to deal with.

Sad to say, I'm done spending my money here. Walked in to discover no masks, staff or customers. There is nothing they carry that cannot be purchased on Amazon and delivered to my door. I always try to support local business, but not at risk of my life. The owners have zero regard for safety in this time of great danger.
