Hobby Lobby

Hobby Lobby has a great selection of craft products. I do paper crafting, so I'm there often and I am almost always able to find what I need. The store itself is neat, organized and well-stocked.

The customer service at this particular location, however, is very poor. I've started coming to hobby lobby regularly this summer and I've never been greeted upon entering. The sales associates have never offered to help me to find an item and honestly look like they are dodging customers. When I ask a store associate for help (this has been on multiple occasions) they seem like they don't want to be bothered. This isn't to suggest that store associates should have a phony smile plastered on their face the entire day, but the atmosphere at this store is not welcoming. It makes me wonder about the type of people they hire and if management trains/treats the associates appropriately.

Customer service is horrible! Gene is such a rude associate I don't see how he even was hired. I will not be back.

I love this store! I got lost in Hobby Lobby and I didn't care! Helpful and friendly staff, good sales, fair prices.

Hobby Lobby has so much stuff that I am constantly surprised that I never find what I like here. I have purchased frames and some supplies here. The decor items are often cheesy but some of it is nice. It's just one of those big box sprawling stores that you can wander around in and not really find much that you feel compelled to buy.

Will not honor coupons from there own sight. Order cost 40 percent more because of it. Very rude cashier. Basically called us a liar when we said the coupon came from there website.

Their framing department is top notch. Everyone who works in that department is always helpful and great at customer service. Would highly recommend this store for your framing needs.

Nice store. So much selection. The staff is nice and helpful. They can get some long lines but at least they care and call for backup every time! Coupons and sales are pretty great. Great to be able to go to a Christian store and find so many meaningful and lovely pieces!! Cool.

Terrible customer service. They would not honor a sale for this week that was last week on craft letters but told me to come back next week and the sale will be available.

Disappointed. I bought a tube of squeeze and fill icing I was going to use when I made Christmas candy. When I went to use it I couldn't get anything to come out of the tube. I tried to return it but did not keep my receipt. They said they could not give me a refund on clearance items without a receipt. I feel they should have given me a store credit. They sold me something that did not work. Shame on Hobby Lobby.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received on my last trip to this location. I was standing at the check out, when the clerk in the next lane said "I can help you check out" as I was next I assumed that meant me, apparently that's not how they do things. I was then told he was actually addressing the women who just walked up. I said "but I've been waiting" and he just shrugged, wow thanks. It doesn't take a genus to figure out how to help people in line.
