Took bike in for basic tune up and replace both tubes and have liners installed. They called and said bike was ready. They didn't install liners because they said they couldn't find any and only changed out one tube because they said they didn't feel that they needed to change both even though the customer requested it and was willing to pay for it..... They did not call and inform that they were not doing the work the customer requested. I will never bring any bike to this place and warning friends and family not to do business with them... They were rude and smarmy.

The guys here saved me when a nail went thru my tire and wheel. They interrupted what they were doing to take care of me and had me back on the road in 10-15 minutes. Great guys, very supportive of the rider community. Wish I was in the market for a new bike so I could buy it from them

Mike, the owner, and Joseph went above and beyond! I bought a used bike, as I just moved here temporarily and wanted to make sure it was safe. They adjusted my brakes and gear cables and surprised me with new tires that someone had donated! Their customer service and knowledge is top notch! I would not take my bike any place else! Thank you guys so much!

Brought my bike in for a tune up today and HMS got my bike right in! Great attention to detail by all three - and they even pimped my ride by making her all shiny and clean for the ride!! Thank you for the great service!!

The mechanic really went above and beyond on my husband's tune-up by giving the bike that extra shine! The owner even welcomed us with HMS bicycle cookies and we have gone back ever since! Definitely recommend this shop, keep up the great work HMS!

After the sale this shop continues to assist me. Today, I needed to find a good place to donate my extra parts. Over the years I collected parts that are no longer needed. I called HMS. They helped me find a non-profit that takes donations, right here in Tucson.
I also needed a tool referral. It was about time that I replaced my old cheap chain breakers. They refereed me to a brand that made a quality tool. Sure enough, the reviews for the Pedro Chain tool were terrific. Since they don't stock that tool, I was referred to look for one on-line. Thanks HMS.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 23, 2018Previous reviewI am a fan of Bianchi. Bianchi is the oldest bicycle company, with roots dating back to 1885.
I looked for a local Bianchi dealer. I found two, and HMS was the only one that had, IMO, a real website. My intuition said go to HMS.
The salesman was patient, as I am aware that I can be a pain in the drain. My wife's birthday was a few days away. They had a bike that fit my wife. Can you say happy birthday?
I returned a few days later. For some time I have wanted a new bicycle. Last new bicycle I had, I wasn't old enough to legally drive a car.
I wanted a particular model Bianchi, that was not in stock. They fitted me, to find the correct size, and I ordered the bike.
As a side note, I found that this store has new road bicycles in all price ranges. A popular bicycle magazine, recently published an article that said $3000 was what it takes for a good entry level bicycle - not true. This store has new road bikes, with quality components, at a fraction of that, so called entry level cost. - Arthur B.Tucson, AZ02Nov 15, 2020
Needed to have both tubless self healing tires serviced. I checked on line to see about a DIY kit, but it was going to cost me more than to have HMS do it. I like to do things myself and have never attempted to fix these types of tires before, so I decided to give HMS a shot and I'm glad I did.
I dropped the bike off on Thursday afternoon and it was completed by Friday, however HMS suggested they keep until Saturday to make sure the tires were 100% before it left the shop.
It works great and I appreciate the honest friendly service and attention to detail.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Z M.AZ, AZ041Sep 12, 2021
I needed new tires put on my bike last week. These guys recommended just the right tire and tubes, ordered ones to fit my bike, and installed them. I wasn't in a hurry, but they got it all done in a couple of days during their busy season. They are a full service center with all kinds of gear and clothing. Customer service was great. Prices were reasonable. Great location in Marana with good parking. Near the Loop too.

I have had two experiences with HMS Bikes and were both very good.
For my first experience I decided to be a PITA and do a Walk-In on them while I was out for a ride and see if they had time to do a front derailleur adjustment. They were very accommodating and dropped what they were doing, put my bike up on the bike stand, and in less than 5 minutes I had a better shifting front derailleur. That was the best $5.00 I spent that week.
Because they had such a great attitude with my walk in request, about a month later I actually dropped the bike off for a "Regular Check-up: $40.00", plus I had them "add replacement of all cables and housing for an additional $20". Wow, a complete re-cable job for $20.00. Best deal in town. Plus, I had them install a new chain.
The customer service was great, they had the bike done in less than 24 hours. I dropped it off at 5:30PM and they had it done by 1PM the next day.
The quality of the work was great. It shifts like a new bike.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Gian S.Tucson, AZ01Jun 1, 2020
Not Pleased. Took my bike here for a Tune Up. Paid $60. Discovered it wasn't even serviced. Do not take your bike here.

My husband recently purchased an Orbea mountain bike here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I (his wife) did a lot of the advance looking and research and was never ignored or treated in a condescending manner. ( This happens more than I would like to think about. I like to think it isn't because I am an older female in a bike shop, but you never know...). The bicycle we purchased was in perfect mechanical shape and we enjoyed a spirited ride the very next day! Our request to have the bike converted to a tubeless system only took about an hour. In addition, the price we paid was very fair! I have found my new " go-to" bike shop!
