I checked in and they gave me a robe without a tie. When asked about it I was told that all the ties burned in the fire and they haven't replaced them. Massage therapist Bryan was terrific as was Karen who gave me a great facial. When she left for me to get dressed she turned on the light and left. I was horrified to find a large dead cockroach lying next to me on the bed. I contacted Todd the manager and shared my experiences. He merely said that they have regular extermination service and he would call them. When I told him that I didn't think I would return he didn't apologize, offer me anything to compensate and just repeated that he would call the exterminator. Do not go here!

I was happy to have had booked a massage, facial and brow sculpting. I also did a gym session prior to my spa day, so glad I found a gym with everything I needed including a squat rack. Allistar (excuse my bad spelling) did my massage and he was great 10/10 massage session. Super knowledgeable guy, very easy to talk to and you can tell he loves his job. I was also lucky to have Lisa take care if my facial and brow sculpting. She was very special and I was able to connect with her in the short period of time. Lisa took her time with my brows and it shows how hard she worked at getting my brows perfect. The spa overall was clean and the people who worked there were friendly. I'm grateful to have had such a wonderful experience. I've been to many spas so I know what I'm saying and I know what to look for. I'm you're it in Sedona and need a complete spa experience this is your place.

Although the spa menu is relatively complete and the quality of the service is high, the staff is so unfriendly and distracted, they act like you are intruding upon them. It is unbelievable. They won't stop what they are doing to help check you in or out, and they clean around you while you're working out and stretching.

We had massages and facials and all of them were absolutely great. The gym is sufficient but not state of the art, as advertised. The locker rooms are adequate but there are very few benches to put your stuff down while changing. One of the blow dryers shorted out on my mom and the staff could not be bothered to change it.

I really don't understand the attitude of this place. With just a few behavioral tweaks, it could be such a nice facility.

By far the best massage of my life! The only reason I didn't give a five star review was because the spa needs an overall facelift.

WONDERFUL experience from the Qi Gong Meridian Stretch to the customized body scrub and massage - every person was exceptional, passionate and very willing to give us their very best to make our experience superior. Specifically, I learned so much from the male-massage therapist who gave me personal tips about the health of my body, muscles, and posture. Great job, Hilton! Please note the spa is a short walk from the Hilton Hotel. In inclement weather, the bellman will give you a ride on his golf cart!

I received very friendly service at the spa. They worked with me on determining the best services as well as scheduling around our other activities. I had a wonder Sedona Vortex massage, which I would recommend if you want a little of everything including hot rocks. The facial was ok, but the lady did talk a bit too much. My husband also enjoyed the really nice lap pool that they have.

The spa is apparently running out of money, the amenities have benn reduced. Maybe the management needs to be replaced. Or the Hilton manger needs more control of what the needs of visitors to Sedona need. Too bad it's a great spot !

Everyone was friendly and accomodating even though I wasn't staying at the spa. I got a great mini facial exfoliation treatment and brow wax by Chizamura (or something like that - a Japanese name). She did an awesome job on my brows. I'm very picky about that. I didn't use the spa's amenities so I can't comment further.
