Prices are great, the employees are nice and knowledgable, one of the girls is fluent in Spanish. And it's a privately owned store, so if there is a problem you can talk to the owner right away, and they will do their best to settle the matter in a way that makes everyone happy.

Do NOT go here...they are overpriced, rude , and do not know their products. They gave me the wrong item then refused to return it. I guarantee they will lose more money not having my service than the 25.99 they owe me for this wrong item..should have just went to Sallys.

I always go to Highland Beauty Supply. They have a great assortment of products and very well priced in comparison to other supply places I've visit. The employees are very helpful and knowledgable about their products. They helped me find solutions to different issues I've had with my hair and my sons hair. They always ask if they can help me but they don't hover over me as I go through the store. I highly recommend this store.
