Josh installed my front door phantom screen door a few months ago... installation was super quick and the screen has been flawless. I wanted the locking handle which had to be ordered separately and it got installed on a different day and I didn't have to be home for the install.

Like a party favor Josh gave me a can of silicone spray for ongoing maintenance. Super helpful.

This company is fabulous. The owners are a delight to work with (they helped me special-order a particular fabric that wasn't part of the usual offerings), their awnings are super-high quality, and the installation process was very professional. I've had my Sunesta retractable awning for 2 years now, and it is still looking gorgeous and going strong. Being able to use something this pretty to control how much sun or shade hits my living room has been a game-changer.

I used this team to install sliding double screen doors from my media room out to my backyard. All in all, a very seamless process!

A neighbor found High Tech Screens and Shades and everyone in our little complex got them installed by Tony. We got phantom screens and even with weirdness like juliet balconies and supply chain problems, Tony took amazing care of all of it for us. Couldn't be happier with the service or the screens & installs.

Such a cool screen door system and a pleasant process from start to finish. I called High Tech Screens to request more information and a quote, and was called back the same day. We scheduled for Josh to come out and give a quote and he was on time, fully transparent in pricing, and friendly. I was given a fair price and a reasonable turnaround time for install.

On installation day, Tony was on time to install and worked efficiently. Two brand new screen doors in less than two hours. Cleaned up the workspace, installed the screens beautifully, and left me with a can of lubricant for maintenance of the screens and instructions on how to care for them.

The screens themselves are nice! High quality screening materials and a screen door that does the job when you want it to, but isnt in the way when youre not using it. The products have an excellent warranty as well.

Two years ago, we bought a retractable awning from High Tech Screens and Shades. It's the best money that we ever spent. I thought I had a problem with the remote control. I called Rick, and he walked me through the solution. He was kind, he was patient as I was running around trying to find an extension cord, and best of all, he solved the problem over the phone. It wasn't the remote; it was the GFI switch.

When we decided to look into retractable awnings one of our neighbors recommended Rick. We decided to place an order with him. His installation crew, Chuy, Tony, and Brandon, came to install it. The highest praise that I can give a business is that it was a pleasure having them in my home.

This awning keeps out of the morning sun and the afternoon sun. In the summer it reduces the heat so that we don't have to run our air conditioner as much as we did before it came. If the wind blows too much, the awning retracts itself. It's pretty clever.

I know that there is another awning company out there, but here is the difference. We have three large windows, and Rick was able to cover all three with one shade. My neighbor, who has the same windows in her house used the other company. She had to have two awnings installed. One covers two of the windows, and the other covers the third window. The fabric is superior to the other company, and the service is excellent.
