Hibbett Sporting Goods

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I have never seen such horrible customer service in my life. My sweet grandmother bought a pair of shoes for my brother for my Christmas. When he tried them on they didn't fit right so we went to return them. When my grandmother went in to return them, they said they couldn't accept the return because they had been worn. Well what is the difference between trying them on the store vs trying them on at home?? They brought out the manager who was INCREDIBLY rude and made personal comments about how much money she spends on her own shoes and asks my grandmother "have you ever bought a pair of $350 shoes?" Please tell me what this comment has anything to do with my grandmother trying to return a pair of shoes. I am just absolutely disgusted by this store and how they run their business. Absolutely do not go here.
