Received this bouquet as a gift and it's absolutely gorgeous. So beautiful, colorful and professionally done. It shows care was put into the assembly.
The person delivering was so pleasant and gave a personal greeting. It was not only a surprise as an unexpected gift, but this florist definitely added nicely to the entire experience.
I have found a florist I will definitely use in the future.

I appreciate how friendly she was on the phone, and she did an excellent job of helping me narrow down what I wanted as far as desired price, color selection, and preferences for the shape of the bouquet. I was texted a pic before delivery, and it sure was a beautiful way to express our gratitude. I will use them again in the future (my inlaws AND this florist).

Best florist I've been too by far! The owner is so down to earth and listens to exactly what you want and does an amazing job EVERYTIME. I get my flowers here for every occasion, this occasion I needed flowers for a goth wedding and wanted dark colors. They came out BEAUTIFUL and look even better in person.

She's the only florist to consider when buying for people in Placer County! I live in the Bay Area, and working with her over the phone and text is a breeze, she's fast, efficient and thorough and is always able to deliver exactly what I need. Plus, she's just an all around wonderful woman.
I've been working with her for years, since 2012. I always use her, and only her, to send monthly and holiday bouquets to my mom and other relatives in the area. I always get the best feedback from mom, who sends me pictures, and the bouquets are absolutely lovely! Jewel Ann is amazing with creating exactly the kind of look I know my mom will love. The flowers are always seasonal, and each bouquet is uniquely crafted. When they're available, she buys flowers from the local growers, which makes me really happy and helps to keep the wealth in Loomis and Placer County.
Her prices are so reasonable, she's responsive to feedback, and I love love love love that she is a local florist, not a national, impersonal chain. This is the 3rd time they have delivered to my home and they are the most beautiful flowers I've ever received. I promise you won't be disappointed. You can tell the business owners take pride in their work.
When they delivered the second time and we were not home she called as she didn't want to leave them in 95 degree weather, that's awesome customer service.

I texted her a day before my aunts birthday for a bouquet and she made this amazing arrangement and delivered it on super short notice! She always creates the most beautiful arrangements! She also is so nice and sends a picture of the arrangement when delivery. I rarely order flowers, maybe once a year or less, but every-time I order from Heaven Scent, Jewel Ann remembers me. Maybe that's just part of small town Loomis but I love it!!

Jewel AnnDec 28, 2012Previous reviewThis is the best florist I or any of my family has ever ordered from! My grandma is going thru chemo and cancer treatments. I decided to send her some flowers after her last one. I had to work late and it was a last minute decison. I needed them by Thursday and so when I called after buisness hours on Monday, I figured if I could at least leave a message w/ my info and what I was looking for, I could get in the que and it would be possible for it to be delivered by then. You can imagine my surprise when a delightful lady answered the phone and when I apologized and offered to call back during business hours, she assured me it was no problem and took my order right then! I didn't know what flowers, just a color idea, and then she delivered them even tho I asked to keep the flowers under her delivery price point. I just assumed she'd add the delivery fee in! Nope! She delivered a wonderful, gorgeous bouquet to my Grandma and kept it below my price point and was just so delightful! She texted me a picture of the reciept and the bouquet before they were delivered! I raved about them to all of my friends and family and really anyone that would listen! I've been meaning to write this review but just haven't had the time. Except what happened today made me change my mind.
Today, my Grandma had two bouquets delivered to her from Heaven Scent and they were lovely and cute and just amazing. They were from two different sets of our extended family, one in Idaho and one in Ohio. We raved about how pretty they were and how cute the fake lady bugs and bee's were that the florist added. And then my phone rang. It was Jewel Ann (I believe. I haven't really caught her name) and she said she had forgotten to take pictures of the flowers that had just been delivered to my Grandma. She asked me to take some and text them to her. OK, now where would you find someone who remembers that Beverly Edwards is YOUR Grandma, when you have only ordered from her once and the two other orders came from two different states?? OH MY GOSH!! What service! What an awesome, sweet, cool lady! She said I was a lifesaver and I really think she is. I think it is so amazing that they're so personable and they remember their customers and their stories and connect the dots when there are multiple orders. It was just one of the coolest expericences and a prime example of why I love living and growing up in a small town.
Excellent service and I will be using Heaven Scent Flower Co. anytime I send flowers. Which will be happening alot more often since I found such an awesome company!! :)- Ulia K.Austin, TX032Sep 20, 2022
Heaven Scent is great. The ladies there work personally with you, provided exactly what I wanted, and the pricing & quality are great. I don't usually leave Yelp reviews, but I was really pleased with the arrangement they delivered to my parents.
